Lumbridge Achievment Diaries

If anybody remembers the thread made by Mod Maz (developer of the first diary) on the RSOF asking what tasks and rewards should be, there was quite aalot of discussion (I even was responsible for part of the varock diary reward )

But maz seemed quite sure that one of the hard tasks should be to smith a rune bar!!! but luckly by the sounds of the bts I think the feedback me and another few players gave it became apparent that as lumby is a low level area a rune bar is not all that appropriate! :P

There is ahuge quantity of things to do in the town.

I hope one of my suggestions for the reward is used again..... although I can only remember one wich was perfect iron smithing in the lumby furnace without forging rings..... which did seem to have quite good reception.

Don't forget, this might also encompass Draynor Village and Port Sarim. (Actually, we know it will have Draynor Village, there was an Achievement Diary symbol on Ned a while ago.)

-Make a piece of rope with Ned

-Chop a willow log from the trees south of Draynor's bank and set it ablaze

-Kill a dark Wizard in that same area

-Talk to Professor Onglewhip ( or something like that, its the gnome at the Wizard's Tower)

-Get a Ghostspeak Amulet from the guy in the swamp

-Mine a coal ore from the swamp mine

-Kill a Highwayman and take his cape

-Go on a gnome-copter ride

-Fish a salmon from the River Lum

-Make a soft-leather body from hides you tanned at Al-Kharid

-Talk to a camel ( no camulet needed)

-Buy a bronze ax from Bob's Axes

-Bake a cake on the range south of Bob

-Complete the Quest "Cook's Assistant."

-Fill a bucket with water from the sink in the Basement

-Claim Runes/arrows/training weapons from the Tutors

-Mine 5 tin and copper ores from the Mining Tutor's mines and smelt them into bars

-Make dough using flour you made at the Windmill

Thats all I can think of atm

well, since varrock achievement diaries give armor i think right? and karmaja achievement diaries give gloves, so probably the lumbridge achievement diary is going to give some sort of head wear...

Does it stretch as far as Al-Kharid?
I would doubt it. You need to complete a quest to go thru the toll gate for free. The other way around is all the way north by Varrock. If ever Al Kharid is in a diary it would be linked up with all the other desert towns

There was something about tanning in the BTS newspost, so the city of Al-kharid is probably included. The desert won't be though, it could have a diary of its own.

I may have thought of some more.

Cook a shrimp without burning it on the range in the Lumbridge Castle Kitchen

Mine a copper and tin ore at the mining area in the Lumbridge Swamp, and smelt it at the Lumbridge Furnace.

Speak to every tutor in Lumbridge.

Pray at the Church Altar and play the organ.

Pick up a piece of swamp tar in the Lumbridge Swamp.

Pickpocket a H.A.M. Member.

Fish a shrimp. Cut a tree/oak/willow *respectivly*, etc etc, easy stuff. What I'm wondering is what the reward will be. I'm hoping for a similar-to-3rd-age melee helm, or some cool looking platelegs. The helm could help you in Woodcutting, and the Legs in agility or something.

Unfinished netherrack symbol of Khorne.

Never forget. ~creeper face w/single tear~

DO YOU HEAR THE VOICES TOO?!?!

Use the C-Bow shortcut.

Cut a Yew Tree.

Claim Runes/Arrows from the tutors.

Make a Water Rune.

Kill a (monster in Lumby Swamp caves).

Do tears of guthix.

Tan a Green D'hide.

I'll come up with more later.
