welll it was about 1 or 2 years ago i cant remember i was a member for about 20 days on my other acc i heard about merchanting that day so i fort i would try it out

 

and was lucky enuf to be in a bank where someone had died they dropped a mistic skirt and a couople other things then i started merchanting i brought a d med helm with my money and sold it for 100k profit thats how i got my 1mil i had a total of 1m all up then i was soo happy with my money i was a noob back then >_> so i went and brought a pirate hat for 1mil at the time i fort it was a good deal then i worked out that they where only worth 240k... :(

 

it was a sad day

 

but meh i have 7.7M now :D

Nowadays I have 10mill and make about 250k/hr at green dragons. I like this as you make decent money and get combat exp.

Merchanting rune (t) and (g) kites :| bought them at 200k (250 for gold) and sold at 300k (350 for gold). Stopped at 1m so I could buy full rune (t). This was on my first account before it was members.

I made my first million fishing :).

u guys all have it easy. I made my first mill in 2005 picking flax and making b strings when their price was 100 per. that was the fastest and easiest way.

First million eh? I think i got it by woodcutting yews, and then alching. I got all the resources myself, and bought the nats. Doesnt seem like it was that long ago either :|

 

 

 

Anyways, i used that money to buy my first whip, then gave it to a friend to borrow, and he ended up keeping it. :wall: I had to start all over, and from their, money just seemed to come easy. In no time i was up to 7m. (avvyies ftw)

i got mine by merching addy g and black g items in world 1.

Running Blue dragon scales, then grinding them up. Got my first mil on... March 23rd 2008. Now Im up to 3.4 cash, D legs, whip, SS, and a Zammy book (bought it when it was ~500k total though. So...what? Err... 15m net...ish.

I made my first million off of lucky bounty hunter kills. But my first mil made trough honest work would be from rune ore mining.

i did it when my guy was like lvl 12 smithing steel bars. now im at 2.1 mil, full rune(g) and full saradomin rune.

Oh the memories :P

 

My first million "three million" was from picking 20k flax. The first 10k I spun into bowstrings, the second 10k I just sold because spinning was taking forever. Got my first whip with the three million \

Mining rune ore... next thing I remembered doing was spending frivolously on stupid things.

Well, I haven't posted here much :P but this caught my attention. I played a long time ago, like 2003-2006 as a free player, then a year or so as a member. But, anyways. I made like 250k mining coal in the guild, and bought rune. Then ran to the wilderness, and lost it (of course) to mages. Did that about 4 or 5 times out of stupidity, or randomness, or something. That adds up toabout 1m, so I guess that's "technically" my first mill. After that, I don't really recall the exact moment I made 1m. I remember I somehow managed to get about 500k, mining, training; something or rathher. Then buying rune kites from this one guy, who at the time was the 2nd best smither, for 42k ea, and selling 45k ea. They were 50k ea at the time, so I sold them pretty fast. I do remember 1m was worth a bit more then. Especially to free players :P.

 

 

 

I did that a few times, and had 3m ish before I knew it :P. Then I bought me a green mask, traded that for a santa, then that for a blue :D. After that, I pretty much just merchanted here and there, yews or rune armour (sometimes coal) to make a few bills, while holding onto my mask. I sold, and rebought that mask like 40 times within those 3 years. It was probably the only item I had that defined me. Not sure why. I wanted a red mask, ever since I had that green, and had a few chances to get a red, but I never did. I ended up liking blue better, since I hardly ever saw it :P. Well I lost a few mills (scams, bad trades, bad merchant decisions like holding a rare right before con update....), and gained a few more. I finally sold it for 32m, after it fell from 35m, which ended up being a good decision, seeing as how when I checked the database (out of curiosity) they're like 12m now. Anyways, I then split the money between my two real life friends so they could level they're ranged, or summoning, or something. Then I basically quit. A few months later, that update came to stop RWT, and it was gone :\ but I didn't care. I already quit :P so it didn't matter. Guess I chose a good time to quit ;). Well, that's my story... I think I got a little carried away...

 

 

 

P.S. I miss those good ol' days :P back in about 2004. RuneScape was so much fun then. I suppose it still is, but for some reason, it doesn't have the same feeling. I tried to get into again, but...yeah, kinda hard without cash also :D. Might restart on my pure, I think he has about 1 or 2m.

I made my first million a year ago, saving up for a whip. I sold everything I owned and sold Torag's platelegs someone had dropped at Barrows. I was so lucky because I almost lost those legs!

 

 

 

But it is very tough making the millions marks!

i think my first mill was from rune mining back on rsc lol. the ores at one stage sold for 25k+ and not many ppl then could mine them lol. its a very different story now :( lol.

 

i made my first and only 10 mill back at the duping event. i managed to persuade my m8 to lend me 1 mill so i could get a phat. i ended up getting a mask set then sold few mins later for like 1.3mill. i did this for a while until i ended up wif 1 yellow, 1 pink, 2 red, 1 white and 1 green phat lol. then they would of been about 15mill+ i think. needless to say i wish i held on to them till 2day -_- lol

Now i have 3m cash, ss, whip d square black mask 1.3m in rannar seeds 1.7m 2.5m in miscellania and d legs obby cape anddddd 99 fletching banked : (well i have enough money for buying the logs and fletching and never having to work for money in gthe middle woohoo)

I think my first mil was from fletching. I always had a passion for it.

I got bored so i merchanted in the grand exchange for a week on my pure.

 

Went from 500k to 1.9m.

 

 

 

He has full rune gold now. :lol:

I really don't know how i made my first million. i guess through members.In the only month that i was a members i managedto buy 2mil worth of stuff \ but theni turned f2p :twisted: so i sold all of it. but nowi only have 1mil :oops: i don't know how i spent a mil...oh welll :D

I runecrafted natures and mined the essecne for my first mill. Eventtually spent it all on a whip.

 

 

 

I probably will never get to 10m lol everytime i get up to a mil i go on a spending spree.
