doomy Posted December 31, 2011 Share Posted December 31, 2011 No real plans for new years, friends all seem to be going to different parties or into town, so I'm just going to my mates down the road, not sure whos going to show up there.They aren't my closest friends but I don't really like town all that much which I'm pretty sure most are going to. 2011 has been one hell of a year for me, lots of new experiences and mistakes as well. I haven't watched the ball drop since about 2003, and I went to a party 2 years ago but it was more just friends hanging out than a New Year's party. This year I'm with family in Utah so I'll be sitting in the basement listening to music and avoiding drunk family. 2011 has been a fantastic year for me though, here's to an even better 2012. Tumblr. I also realized that my sleep pattern is more messed up than anyone else's here - this is the first day in a whole week I've seen the sun. :blink: I generally stay up until 5-7 in the morning, then my girlfriend calls around 3 in the afternoon when she gets out of school so I wake up then. She's out of school for winter break right now though, so I stay up until 5-7 in the morning and then she calls me at around 9-10 in the morning and I hang out with her all day, then repeat the process. My oldest brother and his girlfriend and her son came up yesterday. So if I'm not going anywhere, I'll be able to hang out with them, which is fun. I wouldn't mind staying home to hang with them. And not the silly classic ones like Sorry, Monopoly, etc. He brought over a dozen board games that I've never heard of. We've slowly been playing them all every time he comes over. They've turned out to be pretty fun (kinda long at some times). Too bad he left Killer Bunnies (card game) at home.
