January 1, 201214 yr watched the ball drop, my friend got back from a party at 1, we played some call of duty and about an hour later this girl he hooked up with at the party joined our xbox live party, then her friends... then her friends friends... then i facedesked and called it a night at like 6 it was a fairly decent night i guess edit: forgot I have a couple more job interviews that i got called for yesterday, let's hope i can finally land a job... January 1, 201214 yr Happy New Year everyone. My night turned out to be really lame. Girlfriend's parents ended up staying home and watching movies, so we didn't get to get drunk. Before I went over to her house she had to run to her friend's house to drop off a few things, so I just stayed home and waited for her to get back. Her friend was having a party and this foreign exchange guy who goes to her school (has a huge crush on her, tried to kiss her multiple times before) was there. He asked her if she knew how to fight and she said yes. Apparently he started pushing her a little bit, just kidding around, but then he grabbed her just above her waist, picked her up, and slammed her down on the ground. Bruised the hell out of her ribs (I don't know if they're broken or not, but every time she moved tonight the pain was enough to make her cry). I spent the whole night sitting with her trying to keep her comfortable and calm when she'd start crying about every 10-20 minutes or so. She doesn't want me to go to jail though since I'm 18 now, so she told me I can't go kick this [bleep]er's teeth in. She also told me not to go talk to him about it either because she knows I won't control my anger and I'll end up doing more than talking to him. :rolleyes: I am so pissed off right now. This kid comes to our country, flirts with my girlfriend, then beats the hell out of her, and in a few months he'll get to go back to his country without any consequences for what he did. <_<Why doesn't she just go to the doctor, get examined to see what's wrong and then go to whoever is keeping the exchange student and tell them what he did? You don't always have to go directly to the source and beat it up you know, there's an entire system that will allow you to get justice. If for some reason you guys can't work out an agreement with whoever for paying for the damages then she can sue and easily win since there were likely witnesses to the event and the doctor's examination can back her up.

Because her parents don't really show her much attention or act like they care about her much. She told her mom what happened last night and she just ignored her and kept watching TV, didn't say a single word. She told her step dad about it and his exact words were "Shut the [bleep] up and stop whining. Go downstairs and find something to do." If parents don't want to do anything she can call herself or you can help her with the stuff.

I'm not sure on that either, but I'm sure they would be happy to help you sort it out. You'd need to do it soon though. Today has been a slow day. We are having our new years feast tomorrow so that some of the family can make it out who are otherwise occupied today. Then its back to school (and my own house!).
