Despite being of drinking age, he never had one sip of alcohol and still managed to enjoy himself and made a few friends. You made it sound like Ireland is either only enjoyable wasted or drinking is sort of a requirement while visiting the country.Well, I for one wouldn't visit Ireland without getting pissed at least once. The history of alcohol consumption in Ireland is....stunningly beautiful. Then at the register, since I'm on the school bookstore's free rewards program, they took 60% OFF of that, so I walked away with a the complete Ableton box for $20. March 27, 201214 yr Just got up at 6am, after getting less than an hour of sleep to go to work, only to find out they changed my schedule on Friday and didn't tell me. I haven't worked in over a week, and they called me on Wednesday about working Tuesday to Friday mornings this week... Now they have me Wednesday to Friday afternoons. Better, yes, but a heads-up would have been nice.
March 27, 201214 yr I've somewhat calmed down now. We had to close shop earlier tonight. the pub (only 50m down) had half the young people in the town (over 18) mourning the loss of a guy who died in a freak car accident. Police came and shut doors on the entire pub...guess where they went. I was starting to have an anxiety attack with 30 people crammed into the shop then to top it off the Fuzz came in and basically ABUSED ME for doing my job legally and apparently being a smart arse (just because I answered his question logically and truthfully about the penalties for serving minors and drunks)which ended up causing my heart to almost tear out of me. I had to ask one customer to usher people out, lock the door, call the co-manager for help while panting on the ground behind the counter like a pathetic child. I've never had such a horrible panic attack like that until today and it's still making me shake a bit afterwards. I would have been fine if that bigot of an officer didn't go on a power trip, reminding me of my already obvious rules then BLAMES ME that I'm the problem with this town and I'm the cause of all this behaviour. Then he had to go on about how he'd personally slam down on me and charge me for each individual person. I'm about to pay my car off tomorrow, I DO NOT need that kind of emotional pressure shoved down my throat after these past few months. Popoto.~<3
March 27, 201214 yr I've got about three weeks of vacation right now, we (meaning me and a bunch of friends) celebrated our last exam yesterday. Was a good day.
March 27, 201214 yr Today seemed like the slowest day of school I've ever gone through. Then I got home to find out I was waitlisted at Carnegie Mellon's school of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering Department, and School of Information Sciences. Guess I should be happy that I made it this far, but it still sucks that I won't get a real response from them until its too late to really do anything about it. Going out for Chinese later to try to salvage something out of this day, but...bleh.
March 27, 201214 yr My friend asked me to play Rugby for his team, so I have a Colts trial today at 4.30 cos I'm still young enough to make that team. I haven't played in three years so I'm gonna be dusty, and I'm a bit sick, but hopefully it goes well. :thumbup:

I know they make the notebooks and they're super popular, but expensive.Anyways, I have a chance to get a Moleskin backpack or messenger bag for $60, brand new, but I'm not sure if they're actually GOOD. Like, I checked it out, it's brand new, and it looks really nice, but it feels a bit thin, and I've had bad luck with thin bags. But everyone I know says they make great quality products.
