Today I asked my guitar teacher if he thought I would be able to learn No Boundaries by Michael Angelo Batio by New Years. He said it might be a stretch and I'd really have to practice my [wagon] off. I assumed he would take me through a few exercises since we haven't really done anything more complicated than three-string sweeps. But nope, right after I mentioned it he got this jolly look on his face then ran out to print out the music ;_;

Today was a pretty meh day to be honest. Had to go into school to complete my GCSE science... Needless to say, I went in expecting a couple of 20 minute papers. When I got there, my science teacher said "oh, we won't be finishing until 3!". So I had an unexpected long day.

 

 

 

Now I'm just relaxing and such.

I completely twisted my foot 4 days ago. Got better because I walked on it. [As in, I got used to it] and now there is like this numbing pain everywhere under my ankle. When I strech it, it HURTS. And I can't stand one foot anymore.

Story of the day.

I spent the last 8 hours watching an X-ray screen. To make things worse, it was ice cream I was looking at. It was not fun... at all.

4 fire engine and 2 police cars went by a few mins ago, only thing out that way is the company Orica, so I am not liking where this is going. :ohnoes:

I mixed antifreeze and windshield washer fluid and drank it (Mtn Dew + Ice Berry Blue Kool-Aid = Epic Awesomeness!), found out we are out of peanuts, and signed up for twitter, idk why.

Main thing today is that I went to the College to get some stuff sorted, and afterwards went looking for a new pair of jeans. Didn't find any.

 

 

 

Ended up buying:

 

 

 

Metallica's "Master of Puppets", Lamb of God's "New American Gospel".

 

 

 

Also bought "Watchmen" too, forgot it was an 18, but I still got it no problem. (About 5 months til I turn 18).

I just realized how much time I waste when I'm browsing tif. Every day I spend ~3-5 hours here and end up making sometimes two posts, or sometimes twenty. I think I've finally realized how pathetic it is to read conversations for five hours, when I could be doing something else #-o .

 

 

 

So yeah, I probably won't be 'round here very much, just to post in the today thread when something exciting happens. Or when I finish some new piece of art to post in the gallery.

Same here, TIF is one of the things I compulsively check while on the computer. A lot of times when I'm reading (like now) or doing something else in my room I just have this itch to refresh the OT page, even though I know it won't be that exciting. I like TIF though, it and a couple other sites keeps me off of games and keeps my relationship with my computer healthy. :thumbup:

Yeah, I wake up, turn on laptop, go bathroom, come back on laptop, (minor interruptions where I have to eat food), turn off laptop, sleep (3am till 12).

 

If I have to go somewhere then I either take my laptop with my or substitute it with my DS.

 

 

 

Today was a special day. I don't know the full details of this custom but it was 'Rakreehya Day.' Basically, girls tie bracelets onto the boys, girls receive boy's money, boy ends up broke.

 

Made quite a bit :P It's all going towards some merchandise. My brother was a cheap [cabbage] and gave me and my sis a fiver each >__>

 

Went to Asda after all the commotion and bought some reduced items. Cookies only cost 40p and two big chinese ribs for 70p :D Ich bin happy.

Today I read 2 chapters of The Origin of Species (I think it has 12, total) which is a huge feat alone. Then I read 2 scientific papers, one linked to me by warri0r about human evolution and another about DNA sequencing technologies. It took about me 6 hours total, but I was outside the entire time sippin beer with my dog.

 

 

 

And now I'm off to drink beer a bit more seriously. No more horsing around :x
