Back from work. It was good I guess, a little slow though, so I was bored for a while. I get to sit around and talk when it's slow though. So i didn't really mind.

I have a reputation as the most atheist person in my group to keep up!

 

That's surprising - I have never seen you mention anything concerning religion on TIF except for today. And it isn't atheism I have a problem with because I'm not one for religion either. It's the fervency to talk about theology all day to convince the other side when we all know how fruitless that is. Now, theology as a philosophical debating exercise is different.

This is about a religion class right? I thought the point was to teach about the beliefs and tenets of major religions so that the student knows what other people actually believe. If so, it's pretty much cultural studies.

 

You know, so you don't go up to a Muslim and think that their entire belief system is based on blowing [cabbage] up and pissing on the American flag :razz:

 

No, it's just a bunch of Christian people coming up to the school, acting cool and attempting to get you religious. I've never seen any other religion come to our school.

 

Don't be so close minded. I am being serious.

I woke up 9am on a Saturday morning, the world ain't right. I need to paint my nails, find my heels, pack my bag, sort out my ipod and iron my salwaar but I'm taking it easy and browsing tippers instead :thumbup:

As per usual, me and some friends went to get drunk at 4pm yesterday, right after school. Well, this time I drank a bit more than the other times (like, twice the ammount of alcohol) and I ended up a bit wrecked. Didn't throw up, but still... So I got home and dropped dead on the bed after finding out the internet wasn't working. Then I got waken up by my parents at 10 pm asking me what I wanted to order from some delivery place. Still feeling like total [cabbage], I go to sleep again without eating.

 

And now my internal alarm decided to wake me up at 7:30 am (right now), feeling very well. And so I'm eating dinner and listening to a 10 minute loop of Bill Nye the Science Guy opening theme.

I had a dream that I was Brad Pitt.

Today my cousin told me he's going to take 72 shots in 72 hours.

 

I'm planning his funeral currently.

A good loophole for your cousin would be to take shots of a regular drink with no alcohol, like orange juice. I know a guy who won a bet that way, because they never specified what he had to take shots of.

72 shots in 72 hours could be do-able pretty safely. One shot every hour and your body could keep up for most of it. It's certainly not a good idea, but it won't kill you if you're smart about it.

 

Of course, with sleeping added in he's looking at 3 shots every 2 hours, but recovery periods of sleeping. My guess is that he can do it with good alcohol management.

He could just take 21 in like 3 hours, puke his balls out and feel like [cabbage] for the next 21, and then repeat twice more.

21 shots in three hours is basically alcohol poisoning for someone of average tolerance.

 

If he does a shot an hour, drinks a lot of water/eats a lot of food/rests for most of the time he'd probably be fine.

21 shots in 3 hours would make you a champ. Or dead, depending.

I just saw in the news the news that a Swedish woman died this morning after going swimming with the dolphins, like I did at the start of the year. It sounds like she drowned, but she was taken to the medical centre where my stepfather works, but died shortly after... Pretty crazy to think someone died doing an activity I did not so long ago...

Today I went to the grocery store with my mom and that took something like two and a half hours. Then I came home and had a sandwich and worked on my AP Bio poster (protein synthesis, from DNA to RNA to protein and a bunch in between) for at least four and a half hours and it is done. Now my brother is eating my bandwidth and I can't listen to music over last.fm and I am sad. I still have to do a Hamlet character web poster which will be [not] fun.

Mmmkay, time to get ready for work. I'm feeling anxious though. We'll see what happens. ;)

Just finished cleaning some black stuff off my windowsill. I don't know what it it, but I think it has to do with the fact that bush outside my room goes right up to the window. Might talk with my mum about getting rid of it, or having it severely cut down. Had a haircut yesterday too.
