I wish the United States Government could issue a ban on terrible Gangsta rap. (Emphasis on how I said Gangsta rap instead of rap.) If the United States did that, to be honest, it wouldn't reallly be different from what Russia is doing (in a sense), but I don't think you were saying that as if it were different, I was just mearly saying it. Now on to the main topic, In my opinion, Russia is extreamly stupid for trying to "ban" an entire group of people. Yes, most "emo" kids are depressed, but depression is an imbalance of the chemicals in the brain. It's kinda like turning your back an entire disease. That's just how I look at it.
