Oh. Well typically when I get into 'fights' there are a few hits but nothing serious, and the rest is arguing :P

I like that plastic wrap idea that was mentioned. If I was in your position, I'd have so much fun thinking of all the things I could do to him. Lock him out of the house. I did that to my sisters boyfriend one time, my mom and I agreed that after I did that, it was the most serene night of the summer. Does he have a car? Put a steaming raw fish in his hubcab. Pour expired milk under his bed...

If my brother did that to me my mom would have had my brother cleaning the entire house & being at the beck of my call. Lol.

Personally, and this is experience with this sort of thing talking, tell your parents or the authorities. Sure, turning him into one big scab with a BB gun would help, but then he could just say that you done it unprovoked and then YOU'D be the one in the [cabbage]. Preferably, do it with the physical marks still present. That way, he can't mitigate it in any way. This sort of thing shouldn't be tolerated, family or no.

parents called the cops on me the second time i kicked my sister's door in cause i was arguing with her. was quite entertaining cause i knew the cop was full of crap talking about what he could do to me and everything.

Wow dude.... if I had a little brother and he did that to me, I'd beat him to a bloody pulp, and I wouldn't care if he hit me with the spoonthing again. Somehow, the adrenaline REALLY kicks in and I can't tell what I'm doing half the time, or feel pain. I go berserk :P
