I want a pirate. Seriously, best narrator ever.

I confess I haven't properly played Runescape in 2 days. I've spent the last few days on Puzzle Pirates  Mainly playing poker, and designing outfits & portraits, for hours on end. I'm paying for Runescape, but I'd much rather be playing PP right now. It's... fun...

Biggest regret of my life was sixth form, whilst working towards My A levels in English, Biology, Chem and IT

i spent the majority of the days, playing "Magic the Gathering" instead of studying for exams and doing course work resulting in me not being able to go to university and sadly now having to pay over 15k for the tuition i could have got for free at school...

ok its all panned out im Now a self employed IT technician, an MVP, Gold Partner and MCSA but its taken 3 years longer than it should!

Nobody make the same mistake as me, you will regret it forever!

Good old NZ and our extremely low standards for University Entrance. Not that I was in any danger of not comfortably getting it... In fact it results in a whole heap of stupid people trying to go to uni and failing hard.

I need to find scholarships. Preferably the kind I write essays for, since I'm good at that.

Those were the exact ones I avoided. :---)

And damn they were like 80% of them.

Up until a year or two ago I thought that Schindler's List was a generic comedy starring Pauly Shore.

It's not?

.....The film nut inside of me just died a little.

"Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up, and shake off the existing government, and form a new one that suits them better. This is a most valuable - a most sacred right - a right, which we hope and believe, is to liberate the world."

Oh thats right, its Runescape. We dont play skills to have fun. We do it to sit in a bank and grind away, seeing who can do it the longest.

The funniest movie I've ever seen. [/inside joke to annoy one of our friends]

But how could you not know what SL is about? I thought it was general knowledge..

I did that too, except I slept with her .

Feels good, but then the regret kicks in makes you feel bad. :(

Why can't the Big Bang be done by the hand of God?

It could have, but it is next to impossible because it also could have been caused by the flying spaghetti monster, or one of the other infinite number of deity possibilities.

I hate my job, my family, Obama, the United States, and water.

After College, I want to move out of the United States. I want to move to Europe. I can't stand it here. Everyone is so greedy and stuck up. I felt more compassion and friendliness from people in London in 5 minutes than I have ever felt in America my whole life.

Maybe you're just in the wrong part of the United States. Generalizations like this are ridiculous. That doesn't mean moving to Europe is a bad idea, though. If I were you I would take a few language classes before leaving so that you can travel easily.

I thought it was some sort of a sitcom until my friend told me what it is about.

You won't make friends anywhere being such a pessimist. Just moving won't stop problems that occur within yourself. Namely, causelessly hating everything. Try a little empathy sometime. Who cares if it isn't true, it'll make you feel better to simply assume there's a good reason for someone to, say, cut you off in traffic. Maybe their father is in the seat next to them and having a heart attack.

There's a place for pessimism and cynicism (probably at least, I don't really know where), but empathy and positivity and hope are useful in any situation.

catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

Your once subtle Art of Manliness references are nearly quotations now :P

I know, right? I should really just quote the articles and post them. The pictures are usually good, too. Besides, that's my favorite article. It struck a chord in my heart.

At least I'm spreading the good word, or whatevs.
