September 15, 200817 yr Well, required items would be: -Jennica's Ring -Ammy of Ghostspeak -Hatchet -Pickaxe -Tinderbox -Spade -Albino Rat pouches *or any other blue charm pouch apparently -Good food (he hit me for a 32 14 :[) -Energy potions *optional but useful -1-click tele *just in case I used about 18 shark because I messed up a few times. Once you get the hang of dodging the thingies you'll be golden. Abyssal Pouches worked fine for me :/ oh Trust me People you need no ARMOUR!!!!! Wongton is better than me in anyway~~
September 15, 200817 yr Good lord. Level 785, hits 60+ (through prayer?), armor ineffective, 2k hp... AND it regens health? Freaking finally. I was wondering when Jagex was going to add a boss that wasn't totally solo-able. I wonder how rare of drops these new items are. Hopefully not as rare as hilts, because so far this thing is making Zil and company look like infants. If it is that rare you can bet the shields (if they're any more useful than the DFS) will be like 100m+ easy.

[hide=][/hide] EDIT: oh ffs, someone beat me to it :oops: EDITEDIT: There's also another weak portal that gives 5k prayer experience. There's also a npc here called, "Spirit". Talking with him now. .-. [hide=]The npc called Spirit seems to be a Zamorakian monk stuck here after being slain in the God Wars, before Guthix intervened. [/hide]

Therefore, you must use a group. 99% of groups will want coinshare. Therefore all drops will enter the game through the GE, meaning you have to have absurd amounts of money for the new items to have any benefit to you.

September 15, 200817 yr Did the guy who got hit a 54 make it out? According to his hp bar he still had 1 hp left :P DI's technique was to pray MAGE, and run from those thingies he shoots at you, one attack directly hits you so can't be evaded. I also believe they sometimes ran under the monster, which made him spin around you for a few seconds. I don't think DI was smart enough to use this, because they only ran underneath it to pick up bolts. EDIT: They almost killed another now :P EDIT2: They got 500 cosmics lol
