October 24, 200817 yr at this moment there are pvp worlds with 50- people on. other worlds are all 300+ :? maybe jagex has made too many worlds because at the moment it is quite hard to find a large group of people on the pvp worlds and it makes drop fixing very easy  (only one i did just to test this) Check it out, huge amount of effort has gone into this massive mod![hide=old sig][/hide]

October 24, 200817 yr Jagex wll probably reduce the world numbers after a few more weeks if the numbers stay too low. Woodcutting does not raise your combat level because most people do not play as yew trees.
October 24, 200817 yr Pretty sure it's just the time. Around this time, for me, there's never anyone on. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.
October 24, 200817 yr It's a school week and um it's like late in the US. When I pk at 4 CST it's so crowded everywhere. October 24, 200817 yr Dunno if it's true. You should wait till the weekend and see if your sets are selling. But yeah, the servers are pretty empty on Runescape at this moment. Bad spawn times.
October 24, 200817 yr As others pointed out at the time you posted this it was the middle of the night in US and early morn UK Given that US and UK make up around 75% of the active players its hardly a shocker that in the middle of the night US and early morn UK on a weekday there ain't alot of people on as they need to sleep or get ready and go to school/work I mean when i play throughout the day uk time i rarely see a server below 500 ppl but as soon as it hits midafternoon us time your lucky to find a server under 1500 Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue

October 24, 200817 yr There always been more other players than pkers. For the pure and simple fact pkers = 1 player group other players = merchanters, skillers, monster hunters, pcers, cwarers, questers etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc Its pretty dam obvious if you give pkers thier own world they will have less ppl on them than the normal worlds where every other user group is playing. October 24, 200817 yr I'd highly doubt that skillers could obtain their own brawling gloves anyway. I class myself as a skiller and can hold my own in PvP. A skiller doesn't have to be a level 3. Trust the Gene Genie!
October 24, 200817 yr It's dieing out because it's not good, that's my opinion anyway. [-- DYNAMIC SIGNATURES FOR RUNESCAPE 3 & OLDSCHOOL 2007 RUNESCAPE --]
October 24, 200817 yr I'm sure they started out with a surplus of servers online in anticipation of the initial rush that was expected - with plans to reduce the number once the novelty wears off for those that aren't dedicated PKers. The stars are matter, we're matter, but it doesn't matter.-Don Van Vliet
October 24, 200817 yr Probably just not on at peak time, although there does seem to be a bit too many pvp worlds for such a large area to pvp :wall: If you're able to keep your head while everyone else is losing theirs, it's highly likely you've yet to grasp the situation. If everything is heading your way, your in the wrong laneWhich Final Fantasy Character Are You?
October 24, 200817 yr Its because of the initial rush. People want to try something new, always want the newest stuff. After they get bored of it, they leave. Thats what happened with Bounty Hunter -- they started out with like 10 worlds then lowered it to like 3 because people stopped doing BH after trying it for a while. PvP worlds will still continue to flourish -- they will probably be contained to a few worlds instead of about 10, though. With 10 worlds theres just too many. Started free trade with 1.5m cash. 2 weeks later, have hit max cash 2x. PvP drops: 359 Brawling Gloves, 11 Vesta's Longswords, 41+ Zaros/Ancient Statues9 Dragon Full Helms, 3 Dragonfire Shields on the old PvP loot system Brawler guide is being finished!
October 24, 200817 yr Jagex stated they wanted the pvp worlds to function as normal worlds the key difference being that players could attack eachother. I am not sure they will reduce the number of worlds because of that fact. And its obvious that at 4am(est) on a Thursday night there wont be loads of people playing. http://www.clanhavok.net/
October 24, 200817 yr It's dieing out because it's not good, that's my opinion anyway. .... riiiight, everyone has your opinion. Anyway, ofcourse its "dying" out, do you expect a third of runescape would be in those worlds like the first day? Ofcourse not, they were just trying it. Its not dying out, its just correcting itself to the normal values after the initial hype. Remember Hunting? Farming? Brimhaven Monster dungeun? Construction? Puro Puro? Official worlds? RFD? Or any fricking update on the block? These are normal figures, at first everyone does it, after that it dwindles down a bit. Interrested in joining the cabbagy madness? October 24, 200817 yr its not dying out its just that its not crowded like the first day when everyone was trying out not only pkers. the majority who dislike the profit r gone and its hard to tell. the only way to tell is by gametime. us players r the ones that pk 8-)
October 24, 200817 yr I bet you it will pickup now that the holidays are beginning for most players. It isn't dying, just the first day everyone (including me, and I hate pking) wanted to try it. Retired Tip.It Crew Mapper.
October 24, 200817 yr The hype is dying down for sure, but it shouldn't be explaining the major decline in lobsters. Oh well, hopefully Jagex can get rid of some worlds now.
October 24, 200817 yr It's a game, updates come out, everyone rushes them, and then only the people who really like it remain at the end, it happens with all updates, I don't see how you'd expect PvP to be much different. Thanks to Quarra for the awesome sig!Xbox360 Gamertag = Tintin113
October 24, 200817 yr This is normal for every update, dying out is not the right phrase to use. It is just lowering to normal levels after the hype. ~ W ~
October 24, 200817 yr This is normal for every update, dying out is not the right phrase to use. It is just lowering to normal levels after the hype. Bing freaking o. Obviously anyone who sees it as an imperfect update will say "dying out" instead of choosing other words. -Man, I really do love Runescape, and I'm sure if it was a real person I would of asked it to marry me by now.
