Recap:

Dragon claws

50% Drain

Lol fail spec :twss:

At least it gives abit of armour, and specs sounds dangerous.

so this is why the str bonus is low, if it had the same str bonus as d scim people would be droping left and right by the almighty d claws lol. but a str bonus relative to dd is more logical even though it has its advantages and disadvantageous between each other

so its official? dragon claws are the new replacement for dragon dagger, they hit higher and are just as fast.

and do it on half the dds's time because it used 50% and hit 4 times, that thats 2 turns to use all the special power, where you need 4 turns for dds, this is the new dds... 2 specs and a normal hit then anyone is finished:P i pay up to 500k for these ;)

But can you wear them without the quest??

Yes. Someone who posted a pic had 34 farming and other low level skills and he could use them.

I have them, first to post about having them also. I have 51 quest points so yes, you don't need to do the quest. There is, however a bug that stops a person that borrowed them from using the spec. I submitted a bug report about it just now.

Also, X 1992 X. They're extreemely rare. That's why I paid the 16.4M. I have been offered a Dragon Full helm (35M street now) and a set of elite (22M street).

But how do people get them? I completed the quest but saw no mention of them.

From the monster that drops the plate pieces, I believe.

They're rarer than Plates from what I've seen. Just from standing in W2 people crowded around me wanting to buy. Oh the fame. :P

Mate got them first kill :P

This is now the first weapon in runescape that can deal enough damage to kill somebody with 99 HP in one hit. The speed and power of it makes it fearsome on PJers :wall:

I dont get it how can the street prices be so high with trade limit?

People use junk items to bulk up the trade.

For example somebody might sell their D Claws with 4850k of junk items for 5m cash. The junk items usually can't be easily sold on the Grand Exchange.

Has anyone else noticed that in every one of the pics on this thread, that two of the hits add up to a third (like 6-7-13 and 18-18-36)?

Probably coincidence, but who knows?

Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:

Maybe that's the "chance for an awesome hit" part of the spec. :-k

There's no place like 127.0.0.1

There are only 10 types of people

in this world: those who understand

binary and those who don't.

This statement is false.

Could be but I'm guessing it's going to be fixed because it shows some sort of pattern which doesn't seem like a normal attack. After all we all thought the Abyssal Whip's spec was max or nothing but it got fixed too :\.

any1 else smell a nerf soon?

think about it.....

A really good weapon which has low requirements to wield. In about a month or 2 there will be plenty of them on the market.

They will start to lower in price. a weapon the can 1 hit people selling for 2m? 1m? 500k?

Eventually a 1-hitting weapon will be selling for those prices above and that will cause jagex to nerf them

sorry if i'm wrong.....please post your thought about what i said....just dont flame me please?
