But I was able to start and save a new game. Were you able to? Yellow doesnt have an internal battery since there was no time system, so I doubt it. Either you or someone cleared it or something damaged it. Gold/silver and possibly crystal should no longer retain any saves [you can play and save, but it wont 'remember' it] and I dont know when the time will be up on the newer ones, if atall.

December 8, 200817 yr If you combine all of those Pokemon games (Red, Yellow, Silver, Crystal), probably 500+ hours. Runescape was probably upwards of 500 hours. Super Smash Brothers Melee and Brawl probably combine for about 200. Goddamn that's a lot of wasted time. EDIT: I'm starting to think I underestimated.. Double all of those hours except the Pokemon. The code in my sig should say 1032 not 0132.

That explains why my silver doesn't work anymore, but my yellow does. My Crystal still worked last time I checked, partly because I lost it for years, and was unable to play it at all. December 8, 200817 yr RS, upwards of... 2000+ hours easily I've clocked over 300 hours on Pokemon Diamond 14 days of online time on Cod4 200 hours on my gmod clan server I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal. OPEN WIDE HERE COMES THE HELICOPTER.
December 8, 200817 yr I play old games a lot, mainly because I don't feel like getting any of the new consoles/games. Anyways, I've done over 10 seasons in both FIFA 2006 and Madden 2003, so I guess that has taken up a lot of time. Only new game I have is Call of Duty: World at War. I'm around 16 hours on that last time I checked, not much really.

December 8, 200817 yr Well, on Super Smash Bros Melee I have 127 hours on 1 memory card, which is the memory card I used less often. The other memory card would have to have a [cabbage] load more of play time on it. That was just the awesomest game ever made.
