But apart from that, yes, it should I guess be considered illegal, so some idiots don't think and go, "Well nuclear warfare isn't illegal, lets try that!" The higher grade ones steal high-grade military products from smaller and corrupt nations like candy, it would be easy for them to get a nuke if they really needed one. While I hate nukes, I would rather they be legal. They create a balance of power that if one nation has one, nobody else will use theirs. That's what keeps us safe. Seriously, I'm so sick of running into people like this. If everything was so damn bad for them, why do they often walk around with the latest pointless technology that they don't actually need (like those iPods that can store more media on them than the person will ever listen to in their LIFE, nevermind what they want to hear again). I'm pretty sure it's called "Mutually assured Destruction", or something like that. Pretty much just the idea that if we all have nukes no one would use them in fear of retaliation. So you can be 15, have rich parents, but also have cancer, with a few months left to live, and can't complain about how your life sucks? (I'm sure that's not what you meant ;) ) I suppose it's a somewhat rare scenario, and I agree, I hate spoiled people. But being rich doesn't automatically make you spoiled and your life great. Possessions might not mean anything to someone. To be serious (My gun comment was somewhat sarcastic), I would make smoking in public places, with exceptions (Have designated smoking areas or something?), illegal.
