My opinion.

Combat level: 120

 

Total Level: Total experience that averages out to level 85 in each skill.

For a P2P player I wouldn't have the best idea seeing as I have never played and don't know their training methods all to well, but for a F2P player I would say..

 

115+ Cb

 

1359+ total level (90 average for all skills when taking off the 9 members skills)

 

Depends on the skill.. but I'll go with an average of 90

 

Max Quest Points (which is currently 42 assuming the 2 holiday event quests were done :lol:)

its when you smoke alot ;)

 

 

 

110+ Combat (no summon) with a 90+ melee combat skill.

 

1700+ total ('cause lets face it, not everyone's rich enough to train some)

 

80+ non combat skill (excluding fm/cooking/fletch)

To be quite honest you don't even have to smoke more then 3 breaths in order to get stoned. But thats just me.

 

 

 

Anyway,

 

115+ combat

 

1900+ Total level ( Rediculous if you want 2300 total, thats just in sane )

 

80+ non combat, it means you can do probably everything in the skill already, except for that lone high item.

 

Maxed quests, its not that hard.

 

Atleast some minigames mastered, Like barbarian assault or Chompy hunting.

From the perspective of a retired 80-something combat with 1333 total:

 

1. combat level: 95

 

2. total level: 1800

 

3. level in a skill: 85

 

4. Amount of Quest points: 250

1. Combat level.125

I think as someone before me had stated that you can't have a figure for high in every skill, you would have to look at percentages. Athough I see something high as a skill I have (that I think is respectable) and whatever is higher I guess. That's a bold statement to make from me I guess but I don't see anyone lower combat than I am as a high combat.

Combat = 130+

 

Total Skill - 2200+

 

Skills - 90+

 

Quest - Max

Hailing from a time when 50 was the highest you ever saw, I feel strange admitting this.

 

 

 

With the lessened difficulty curve nowadays, "High" to me is defined by 130+ combat, 2200+ skills, a particular skill over 93ish, and at least 250 quest points.

EDIT= I have decided it would do to say rather than high, say good as this can have a better debate going and provide a more interesting read.

 

 

 

For me, a high combat level is 105+. Total level, 1200+. Skill lvl, 75+, Quest points, 150+.

An 80+ would be sufficient, but if someone had, say, 60 in all skills, they would be a fairly expeirienced player.

 

 

 

Depends on the way they speak as well. Someone speaking in full English and who knows what they're talking about will appear to be more high level (to me) then some rude, arrogant guy who can't spell properly.
