I find it less depressing when I spawn there as others have said, also its close to a bank so I can grab teles and get were I need to go to get my things back faster than lumby. But I don't die often enough that I would need to use it. I just stick with Fally, I like Fally, so it's a nice place to respawn for me. Pirate Rosetta stone.
