and hardcore cage match. These third person playlists make it so you can only play in third person. In third person the camera moves to the right side when you aim

down the sight and gives you a view. http://www.modernwarfare247.com/ had some leaked footage and some info, but they took down most of it. ModernWarfare2Junkie

posted a lot of vids on youtube but got his account suspended for leaks. Robert Bowling at twitter.com/fourzerotwo acknowledged that there have been leaks and he

dizzle, what the hell, ID suck... so.. you dont like the FPS genre, you know the one they [bleep]ing invented?! Just because you dont like the games they make, doesnt mean the developers themselves arent incredibly talented and successful.

Infinity Ward thought it would be a good to be completely silent about the PC release and than give us a toooooooooooooooon of bad news and information a month before release. This includes a price rise AND NO DEDICATED SERVERS.

 

What this means for us PC gamers is this:

 

-No clans having players from more than one country.

-A weak community

-Horrible Lag

-P2P

-NO MODS <- WTFBBQSAUCE.

-Becoming a nobody, with dedis you become known in the servers you always visit and make friends.

-We are limited to 8v8, good bye 32vs32 player maps.

-List goes on.

 

Apparently, this is to help us have a more console like feel and make it easier for us to play. FFS, we've been playing with dedis and searching for servers for years and found it perfect. If we spend thousands of dollars on our machines to game we obviously want to play on our computers not a console. If I wanted a console like feel I would have bought a god damn console. Also, lots of mod servers in Cod4 already had sticky gernades, the air plane bomb thing, AND third person. So IW just took it from the modders on the PC, put it on MW2 and than close of all possible modding in MW2.

 

Also don't say this doesn't apply to me you guys with the console, as the poem goes:

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist;

Who will speak out for your platform when something horrible is done to you? Stick together as gamers and boycott this. Of course the game will sell but we still have to send a message.

Basically you start the mission as one of a group of terrorists who come down an elevator, into an airport area where everyone is just standing there, oblivious. And then all of a sudden, your terrorist comrades start mowing down a huge amount of innocent civilians. You then start to hear men, women, and children screaming and running away in fear. If Jack Thompson got his hands on this he would have a field day.

 

It's very heavy violence and it seems very graphic and is a touchy subject. The media is going to rip this game apart for this mission. I hope it doesn't get adjusted to an AO rating.

I love how everyone's going crazy about this TPS thing when there's only one multiplayer gametype with it (TPS TDM) and otherwise it'll only be for Private Servers.

 

Looks like such a great game though, really can't wait to get it :D

To the above question, I'm not entirely sure how the kicking thing works, but Bowling said you can choose Ricochet playlists multiple times, so all damage to teammates is just done to you. Don't know if this'll be the only choice and if not, how the regular HC games would workd with the TK'ing thing.

 

You know what'd be awesome? If snipers could headshot a chopper's pilot (only the regular chopper, not the Pave Low one). You'd have to see the chopper from the front, so it's not overpowered. That way both the sniper and the chopper are in danger of being shot, but the chopper has the advantage. You'd need 2 headshots for the pilot to die and crash the helicopter.
