May 27, 200917 yr Another patch-update week. Nice. Anyway... I actually like the new HP bar and splats. The little flag update is also interesting since that hasn't changed since early RS2. It might've been in RSC, can't remember. To all the ranters: In about two days, you won't even notice these changes, so do yourselves a favor and not get worked up about something so trivial. Really. Agreed, when i first saw the hp bar, I hated it, and still do. it doesnt look bad at all, i just doesnt fit, and you've hit the nail on the head as to why- its far too defined, its overkill and almost cartoony compared to the rest of runescape. I also dislike the new damage splats, they just dont look as good as the old ones, although I like the variance between different damage type splats. poison and disease look cool, but regular damage isnt up to snuff in my eyes. All in all, I dont really care, I didnt see a real need for the change, I dont quite understand how it 'helps' anyone in any real way (apart from larger bars for boss monsters, minus corp.) Spam filters and dungeon maps are good, but I'm not the only one getting tired of 'small' updates. these updates honestly dont seem big enough for the amount of time they take, or the man power jagex has- something seems really off, and I dont like it. Reverents can be a pain, but you can run away from them. Just curious, do they still have teleblocking ability?Fear the church, the reverents have 85 magic!!!!

Doesn't the Lost City quest lose some credibility now since those adventurers are looking for the entrance to Zanaris and miss the obvious fairy looking house? Of course when they step into it nothing happens, but still. [insert birds flying in a circle here]Yes, that sig was annoying.

May 27, 200917 yr Spam filter is probably gonna be nice. I like the idea of hiding the "you are here" arrows that got annoying. The HP bar doesn't fit with low detail though, it looks weird. 61,358th to 99 range on May 23rd, 2010.100,927th to 99 def on February 13th, 2011.

Personally, although I see the need for an HP bar update I do not like the new appearance. I glanced at somebody's pic of the Hp bar without the dark outline and I think that looks a ton better.
