This isn't a bug, and it isn't bug abuse if you do it. However, since it's had annoying effects to some situations, we might change it again in a future update. The Fletching potion made from it gives a +3 boost to Fletching per dose. No other info right now, I'll try and get more to let you guys know! Is there anything more pointless than a fletching potion? And why the need for a new herb? Seriously harralander and a cadantine would have worked fine. Why waste another 2 bank spaces for no real reason (seed and herb). Yes herblore needs a boost but here's two suggestions: 1. Make summoning pots take you over your max by 2 levels. 2.
