Because the other slayer monsters already have alternate locations, or aren't crowded enough. Examples?

Bloodvelds=The mutated velds and the regular velds next to them are never crowded

But for the average slayer who has just gotten 50 slayer, I doubt they have done the Vampire quests to be able to get to the Mutated 'velds. And 8 in the slayer tower (which are crowded quite a lot) just doesn't seem like enough for a 150+ task.

DO YOU HEAR THE VOICES TOO?!?!

A rest NPC was confused about its gender in their examine info.

Submitted that ^.^

Whoever put that there's a deadman, in my Edgeville? I don't want that!

What? Put what there?

I put an offer in for DFH at max and got it at Median price. I decided i'd buy full dragon and wear it for awhile. <3:

When did you put in an offer?

Havent gotten mine at max yet. :(

But the point is that there IS an alternate location.

Plus there are those in the GWD.

Great, so now instead of having a few items go down in price, we are going to making every tradeable item go up! What an awesome idea! :wall:

Raw materials were the best items to have for drops. Or useable new items. But Jagex seems to insist on hurting our economy via pvp.

My skin is finally getting soft
I'll scrub until the damn thing comes off

I don't think the new PvP drops are a good decision:

-More "Special items" leave the market through PvP

-Less "Special items" enter the market through PvP

-Seemingly, pvping earns you more money with the new loot drops -> more cash enters the economy

Conclusion: "Special items" wil steadily rise as there is a bigger potential of people buying them (more cash) and there is a smaller supply of them.

(not to mention players who will buy at max trying to make some profit.)

I think especially the DFH will rise, as it only other drop is from pyre ships and the mithril dragons and it is extremely rarely dropped by these.

Jagex need to add new items into the game through PvP. Like special new gems that can only be obtained as a PvP drop. Etc.

[insert birds flying in a circle here]

Yes, that sig was annoying.

The way i see it however, this isnt really going to change negativly.

Instead of getting a Dbow Drop now, I get like 800k in exchangeable non-GE items, which I can trade directly into cash for what I need in supplies, which makes pker's happy. No pker wants a drop which they have to wait 3 days to sell on min due to clans merchanting them.

This keeps the Dbow prices up, possibly even slightly higher than they used to be, and keeps skillers happy.

The only problem is more cash comming into the game, which is not *REALLY* a long term problem. When people tend to have more cash, they buy things like 99 range/mage, from skillers, which in turn eventually get that GP trained into skills like summoning, or construction, or player kingdoms, which drain it from the game.

So yes, it will make more GP come into the game in the short term, but in the long term the more GP people have, the more they spend it, and the more it leaves the game.

I think he is talking about the bench (from reading the file name). Not sure if it was there before.

It was a table before.

And then you have people with piles of 100-800M in their bank.

I do admit that you have a point, however I think that more cash in the game is not good for people who don't buy their skills. They did however, without a doubt, influence the economy once again without really needing so.

That's my point of view, I don't force you to believe it though =)

Yeah, what about the darkbows that are lost through pking that are not reobtained through pking? No one pk's in DFH, so I understand them leaving the drops table. Some people pk in DFS, but not a majority, so I understand those leaving as well. Many people pking in: Barrows, Whips, D Boots..etc. This is going to drive these prices up, along with the amount of cash that is about to be introduced into the game. Better invest now.

w4M8t.png

Investing might be a good idea if you only look at your own but it wil only cause the prices to rise more and more... And we knows what happens after a price rises for a long period... It will crash eventually.

The 'skeletons' include ankous, suppose that's a plus! and a new strongest monster for F2p ::'

Woodcutting does not raise your combat level because most people do not play as yew trees.

Actually i'm liking this new loot update, my average loot per kill is way up now. :P

Thanks Gradeskip93 for my awesome sig!

I doubt there will be many problems with more Gp in the game loads of money making methods still give about 300k+ with not a high level skill and don't require luck or loss of Gp from pking.

Also I got a Zammy Statue for about 21 EP still takes forever to get the EPs. :P

Seems to me that every kill you get, you get some of those new loot. Yay I guess... Earning from 26king has been made much easier once again.

I really hope the European worlds will be back up soon. I'm lagging a lot now in Canadian/US worlds.

Half an hour of EP in a hot zone is likely around enough to get a item worth 200k+ or so through I got Zammy Statue for about 21EP you get about 30EP an hour so you should get something worthwhile.

Thanks for ruining dangerous PVP Jagex, wondered why it took so long  .

Zerker_jane.png

It is still dangerous just less you have to atleast risk 75k to get a decent drop.
