As a long-time slayer, I'm used to the usual routine of preparing for tasks. Bringing a few super attack and super strength pots are a NECESSITY for me. I don't think I've ever done a task without them.

 

 

 

But something I've just recently thought of is when is the best time to take the next dose of your beloved potion?? Whats the best way to not over use them while ensuring that your getting the most use out of them?

 

 

 

As for me I usually pot when my level drops 10 levels below what the potion pots me too...So for attack, i have level 99 and the potion gets me to level 118, and then I pot when i get to 108.

 

 

 

I don't know why I do that, I've just never thought about it until recently and started wondering what everyone else does o_O

 

 

 

so, for you avid slayers or monster hunters, when do you pot up?

I tend to pot up after my special recharges, which I only let it recharge after 3 ags specs. So, it's normally around 103/99 strength, 95/92 attack-ish.

Surprisingly I pot at the same time, when my attack drops 10 levels lower.

I pot around 108-110

I pot when my stats even out. Not sure why but I always have.

i try to pot at 110 when slaying , but most of the time i completely forget about them

I am trying to get into the habit of potting around 5 above base level. I used to wait until 2 above, or even at base level to pot.

i always pot up after 2 sets of specs :) works good for me ;)

Whenever i remember to. Usually about 5 levels above the level though if i remember.

I usually pot right when I start the task, then when I resummon my bunyip. I usually forget I brought pots. :(

I pot up when my stats get about 12 levels below the potted max :3

 

 

 

I find it useful tbh, mainly because in the end i only use 2 super or pure sets per task.

I bring a set of pots to every slayer task, and I re pot when I'm like 101/99 in a stat or just can't seem to get decent hits.

I pot at 108 usually too.

 

 

 

Sometimes I pot at 112 or something if it's a quick task or I know I'll have extra.

I pot at 107 (99) or when antidragon fire runs out.

Always bring pots to slayer tasks, and generally let it run out before repotting. Really should consider repotting sooner (108-ish sound decent) as I always have plenty pots in bank from farming/herblore.

I always bring one super set per bunyip, so I pot up every 11 minutes, using the bunyip's timer. Works out well for me, and it's easy, though sometimes I don't pay attention to the timer.

I re-pot at 105. Could do it a bit sooner, but repotting at 105 usually makes sure one pot is enough for a whole task.

I pot when I'm at 10/9/8 levels below the potted max, depending on task length and how many sets I have with me.

Since I'm poor, I use combat pots and repot 2 above base stats.

I repot after 2 specs, which usually comes out at 104/105 depending if I notice I'm full spec straight away.

I really should remember to bring pots to my tasks. I know it's worth it, but I always forget to bring them. If I remember to bring them, then I forget to use them.
