Screech1992
Well, the last movie I've seen is Saw II, but I was drunk that time, so don't really remember it  Before that I checked out Boogieman, just an extremely bad movie, meant to be horror, but it was just boring :(

indy500fan
Battlestar Galactica Miniseries and "Battlestar Galactica" - Haven't posted any movies lately because I haven't watched any. A friend wanted to watch the mini to see if he liked it, and once I saw it I couldn't help myself, I had to watch all the others. Watched the entire series up to date, the webisodes and the two of season three so far. Only one way to explain it, FRAKING AWESOME.

How2PK
Een ander zijn geluk (Someone Else's Happiness) - Horrible! The highlight was the opening shot, which was very good. After that it was one of the worst things I've seen in cinema. Avoid at all costs. Romanzo criminale (Crime Novel) - Was very good. I really enjoyed it. Great crime epic set in Italy. Obviously they looked at Scorsese's work, Goodfellas and Casino in particular, and what they learned from it is used very well. Other than Scorsese you can also see some influence from Peckinpah in the type of violence. A great movie, and MUST for the lovers of the genre. Oh, did I say it has got Jasmine Trinca in it? Here's a pic of her: Isn't she adorable? <3 Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore! How2PK
The Da Vinci Code - I had a good time while reading the book, and to be honest. I had a good time watching the movie. It was nothing too special, but it managed not to bore me in 142 minutes. The only downside was Audrey Tautou. She wasn't really good. And I couldn't help it buy burst out of laughing when Hanks dropped his line "You are the descendant of Jesus Christ!". Hanks didn't deliver it good, but I doubt any actor could. In my eyes quite a succesful blockbuster. Which you could easily pick on, but I don't see the point. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore! pfilc23
I watched 1/2 of Match Point last night. It was pretty boring, so I ended up turning it off. I just couldn't connect with the characters. It basically seemed like some stuff was happening, but it all had no substance...nothing to keep me interested. Though, that is pretty much what I expected from Woody Allen. I heard it sort of redeems itself in the last 20 minutes, but I doubt I'll watch the rest...it'll probably go right back to Netflix.
krunkthemonk
Waterworld -1995 This movie was so strange I just had to see it. It came in a set of VHS tapes I bought at a clearence about 2 weeks ago. 10 Movies for $5. It wasn't that bad for starring Kevin Costner. The plot is what got me hooked though; even if some parts didn't make any sense. I won't go into detail with risk of spoilling it for others. It was as good an action film as you can have I suppose given the conditions the people lived in. The problem with the gene pool is that there's no lifeguard. I haven't watched any movies in a while, too many TV shows to keep up with. I'm probably going to watch a few tommorow, around my TV show schedule of course :D . indy500fan
Indy, you junkie! Go back to movie watching! I only got one in tonight, I had to watch Battlestar Galactica. :D For those of you who watch BSG, tonights episode (Season 3, Episode 4) is easily the best episode of all three seasons. I didn't think anything could top the Season 2 finale, but yeah, this did. Anyways, onto the movie: The Rocky Horror Picture Show - This movie is fraked up. I like weird movies, so over all I enjoyed it. It's not for everyone though. The acting wasn't great, but I think that added to the movie most of the time. I don't know if they were lip-synching or not, it did look like at times. It was kind of odd the way I felt about it during the movie. At times, I would be thinking how awesome it is, and then just a few minutes later checking the time waiting for it to be over. Now, after it's over, I can say overall I enjoyed it more than I disliked it. Still, it's definently not for everyone.
Mr_Putter
This is sad. I have no free time. I've only watched about 4 movies since going back to school (start of September). The last two I watched were: Thank you for Smoking, and Click. Smoking...That was like 2 weeks ago, I can hardly remember it. I recall that it was quite solidly entertaining and had some kind of message. I think I'd recommend it. Click was OK. The first half was exactly how you'd expect, then it started to get really strange. *Major Spoiler*I'm all for feel good endings, but it feels tacked on and predictable. I think this would have been a far, far better movie had he not been dreaming. Though it would have made less sence.*end spoiler*. Overall a decent movie, not particularly memorable though. I wish I could watch more movies :(.
How2PK
Jules et Jim ooh, once again I could fully enjoy the filmcountry that's called France. Too bad I can't really appreciate much modern work from the French. But Jules et Jim is tres brilliant. A recommendation. Don't Jimmy me, Jules! Devilsdragon
Crimes and misdemeanors was alright, I'm not the biggest Woody Allen fan Do the Right Thing this movie was crazy. It shows how people really are, I enjoyed it a lot. The Grudge 2 This movie isn't as bad as IMDB people say it is. But to be fair I never saw the first one =\ There have been others but i can't remember them right now >< but I just got a copy of 8 1/2! I found one awhile ago and it was 40$(collector's edition or something) and I only had 30$ at the time. This time is was 20$ going to watch it later this week.
