June 7, 201313 yr If you were willing to wait a year or two, getting 99 in all the warband skills through warbands only, that saves you one of the slower skills (mining) and a lot of the expensive ones (herb, construction, smithing). Farming isn't worth doing through warbands. If you could just transfer gp it's probably possible to max in 60-65 days now. Asmodean <3

They said the new skill is a throwback to oldschool skilling anyone else think that is code for slow? Slow wouldn't be too bad might be more competition.

June 7, 201313 yr I'm imagining that it's just going to be a gathering skill akin to mining and woodcutting. That is, click a resource and get something and repeat 50,000 times.
June 7, 201313 yr I certainly hope its more than just 50 000 times as sadistic as that sounds, but it is a relatively low amount of actions compared to most other skills. (i consider an action as the act of getting exp in this case, not clicks)

June 8, 201313 yr It'll probably be a no name. I know of a few friends who will attempt it, and I'll try too (I'll probably rq), plus a ton a maxed players will want their capes back asap. Not really within the scope of this thread and kind of pointless until the skill is released.
