July 12, 201312 yr Actually Fight Cauldron is 400k XP/hr (and there's some other methods with smilar XP rate). Let's put it simple, shall we? 200m att would take 666 hours at Frosts but you would make 1333m200m att would take 500 hours at Fight Cauldron and get 100m Fletching XP (which saves 148 hours). So, mathmatically speaking, we can say it would take 352 hours 666-352= 3141333m/314= 4250k Unless you can't make over 4250k gp/hr, Frost Dragons are worth it. 8m if you are 200m Fletching XP.You would need to make even more gp/hr if you don't have 200m Summoning yet. July 12, 201312 yr Did you include fletching exp? in that for time saved, if it is 200k fletch/hr also because of waiting that is saving an extra 20min or so isn't it
July 12, 201312 yr Well you should have 200m fletching from 200m thieving though, or around 180m all up, I made a video about this a while back but this was with usb internet out in [bleep]ing whoop whoop. It would be simple to fit 45 broads inbetween with low ping and concentration :) Oh and if I decide to train slayer after 150m range I would be able to bump up my xp per hour to 250k (190,325 atm) :) http://puu.sh/3AVAq.jpg

I'm interested in adding them to my "do" list if I don't need to lug around a DFS or an elemental shield

This task is one of the current best tasks. You should expect to gain around 147.1k XP/hr if you are doing it right. As you can see, if you are enough squares away from the monster, it can't attack you with ice - making the dragonfire shield useless. Also, as I showed on the vid, If you ever get in trouble, you can just use escape ability to get away from the monster. I'm using bonecrusher and demon horn necklace so I don't need to worry about my prayer points. I am using fire surge, as you can see, since they are weak to fire. Cannon doesn't really hit anything significant on them.
