You can get doubles of previously unobtainable items or even multiple items you should only have 1 or the other of. Example: Ram Skull + Bonesack Sadly doesn't work for ectophial. :-( Says You already have an ectophial in inventory/bank. It's best not to arouse these ghosts' wrath with trickery.
