I think they mean that you need to prove that the source is a valid source and can be trusted. For example, pulling data from webMD for a medical paper would be valid, and a post on a forum would be more likely to be called into question. Someone else will probably have a better answer.

 

And simple questions are fine for being answered. Asking for assignment help isn't. This would be fine I'd imagine.

Apple iPhone 4. Halp!

 

I wanna know what's a good deal to be looking for, how does paying it out work or help etc? I've never had a high end phone like it nor been on a phone plan before but I need a plan phone (and a good one) for work around December.

Being an iPhone user, iPhone 3GS to be exact, I believe I bought mine for $300, I got that deal because I didn't have to set up a plan since I was already on my parents. I pay about $50 a month as well. Though with a new plan I think it would have been in the area of $500. Though with the iPhone 4, I honestly don't know. I can talk to some friend who have it and give you a rough estimate if you'd like?

You either pay for the phone (700+CND) straight up at the service counter or pay for it over something like 36 months with a contract. People say it's cheaper to sign the contract but I don't know, I'd have to do the math before committing so much cash.... and if you go on a long vacation and your service provider isn't available in that country you're paying for a phone you won't be using. And not only do you need a phone plan (for calls & texts & voicemail & caller ID) but Apple also charges a base fee for data consumption.

 

All in all, I'd rather keep my chunk-of-coal razer and receive long love texts in 5 parts if it means I can keep paying 10$ a month for unlimited everything. Everything about the iphone is way overpriced.

That's the problem though. My current phone is on its way out, cant access the internet, doesn't come with a $10/$30 unlimited deal etc.

Slight bump - Is Novatech a good company to buy Computers from? Usually I just go into Pc World or Curry's and pick a computer from there, but I know they inflate the price a bit just because it's Pc World.

 

I do want some advice on what make I should buy too. All three of these look really similar, I'm not sure what I should be looking for when I'm buying a computer now.

Hmm. It seems that 1Tb hard drives and 4gb ram is pretty much standard on all computers of that price range, what else should I look for? The rpm of the hard drive, or what?

 

One thing I like about desktops; If the monitor breaks, you replace it with a £90 monitor. With a laptop, you'd need a new laptop :|

In America, if they hang over the property line its allowed, but only to the point at which it crosses the line. I don't think it's something that would be much different in other countries. You'd probably be better off talking to your neighbors and asking them if they would mind beforehand though.

I'm having a headphone dilemma.

 

I've get through a cheap pair of headphones every 4 - 5 months. (£5 - £7) I always buy Sony or the leading brand.

But the thing is i've got through about 5 or 6 pairs of these over the last few years and i wondered if it's a better investment buying an expensive pair. (in ear)

 

As long as there is decent sound quality and bass in my opinion there's not much difference in a £20 set of earphones to a top of the range £100 pair (for all extensive individual purposes)

 

My existing pairs break because of loose connection at the jack (2.5mm), so after a while have the be wiggled about to work properly, and when you listen on the go (like i do) they subsequently go very quickly)

 

Does the extra money you pay in price provide extra thick/strong/reliable connections/physical + built quality or just better sound quality. Thought this would be better here than tech and computers... Cheers!!

If you want damn good headphones, check out the headphones here. In ear, over ear, speakers, etc. They're expensive, but my brother has a pair and says they're worth the money.
