These are my methods for getting clue's

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Level 1: Goblin house near Lumbridge Castle

 

 

 

Level 2: Dagannoths beneath the lighthouse

 

 

 

Level 3: I have only done one, but got it after killing only 15 Bronze Dragons

Green Dragons drop awsome clues that give (mostly) good rewards. :thumbsup:

Level 1: Pickpocket H.A.Ms

 

 

 

Level 2: Definently guards, got 3 in a half hour

 

 

 

Level 3: Cyclops in warriors guild?

1; not sure, never get/do them.

 

 

 

2; Dagganoths are pretty good.

 

 

 

3; Greater Demons, HellHounds, Elves (from Roving Elves).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I don't understand why people say blue dragons... I have NEVER, EVER gotten one from them, and I've killeda heck of a lot of them. Recently I had them as a slayer assignment, and I had to kill 149 of them. No clue. Another blue dragon assignment, this time 111, still no clue.

iv killed about 500 greater demons trying to get a lvl 3 clue but i still have not got one:( have managed to get like 10 rune full helms tho:P

almost every slayer task gives me lv 3 clues. Cave horrors, iron dragons, elves and so on

Just so you know lessers don't drop clues.

and btw ANKYOs or watever they are called in the stronghold donot drop clues!! well not for me anyways

i always get a clue from jellies every task, which are like 110-130

I've been hunting for clues alot since i became member, and what i think are the best places to get clues is just:

 

 

 

LEVEL 1: Edgeville man house/ HAM

 

 

 

LEVEL 2: Definatly North falador gate guards

 

 

 

LEVEL 3: Blue drags, hellhounds, or Aberrant specters.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

NOTE: Aberrant specters require 60 slayer and a nosepeg if you want to kill them, they drop a BIG load of herbs and sometimes rune larges/lava bstaffs.

 

 

 

and what i liked so much about them is that you can use a salve amulet against them.

Well, this is how I usually do..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

LEVEL 1: Goblins, I've gotten clues from these after very short periods of killing them, sometimes even after the first kill.

 

 

 

LEVEL 2: Guards, more rare, but still, gives you clues.

 

 

 

LEVEL 2: Cocatrice, they seem to drop clues alot.

 

 

 

LEVEL 3: Ankous, easy to beat, and can drop alot of runes, the clues from these are quite rare too, but they are level 3 right, so it's often worth it in the end.

Level 3: hellhounds Do it!

Jellys have not given me a clue and i went on a killing spree and killed over 1000 : Good waste of my last sharks :thumbsup:

i usually get a lv 3 clue from jellies every 5th lobster I eat...

I pickpocket hams for level 1 clues and use guards for level 2 clues.

#1 Men in Edgevil "slaugher house" as i call it, usualy i'm there for herbs, but sometimes get clues (most recent from there are wiz g top and hat)

 

 

 

#2 deffinatly guards

 

 

 

#3 i don't really have an opionion for this... all i know is that everytime i've done a lvl 3 i've gotten a black cavalier! (at least four lvl 3 trails so far)

Sure hellhounds and jelles drop lvl 3s, but they dont drop good lvl 3s. (or atleast not often.) This master of clues recomends blue and green dragons, and greater demons.

Jellys are the best for lvl3 and Greaters are good too

lvl 1's hams (theiving or killing) all the way

 

 

 

lvl 2's.....idk not done any much....but id say probably harpie bug swarms

 

 

 

lvl 3's, for me hellhounds all the way...i cant seem to get any from greaters and the ones I occasionly get from blue drags are no better than hellhounds...which for me drop faster.

i only do level2s and iget them all the time from guards and i never intentionally kill them. especially from ardy while i am theiving
