xpx Posted October 6, 2010 Share Posted October 6, 2010 so this is some 1h quest that gives a 100k xp reward and 4-8 more pray bonus on a useless armor set? i wont be doing this quest the boss fight doesnt even comapare with nomadVoid is only the best DPS armor for melee and range classes, with one of the only drawbacks being the lack of prayer bonus...clearly a terrible update. Yeah, this should help a lot with boss hunting/chinning/powertraining. What are y'all complaining about? Reward isn't as epic as WGS, but neither was the quest. I piety the fool. I used alot of brews though (may have been because of my soul split > protect prayer idea). Also, conserve spec or bring spec recovers. I got grey and changed to black, killed Jessica cause I though Korasi would be more useful in the final fight... not. It still isn't better than WGS or even The Chosen Commander imo. Also: "Will you people stop invading my secret bases" and "That son of a brawler" are my nominations of best quotes of the year. Den Posted October 6, 2010 Share Posted October 6, 2010 I actually really liked the quest. :P Keep in mind Jagex have stated quest titles are based off of requirements and not the quest. I didn't bring prayer potions the first time so it took forever and my brews were getting short. Restocked and brought a few prayer potions and some spec restores and the fight was a lot easier. Liked how the boss used particle effects too. Lots of questions were answered as well towards the ending of the quest and by talking to The Valluta after the boss fight.I also found out I love the conquest minigame as long as im fighting NPC's and not players. :PWish they had a Conquest option to face off against the void creatures. The quotes Demoli has from the quest also made me laugh during the quest.
