AlertMinotar
So just some things I need to work on (listing here so you can all yell at me till I do it): - Revise guidelines to make them more readable. - 3rd bind guide including strategy, advantages, etc. - Fix some links on the front page. - Kick some of your asses into gear (we need keyers and wingpeople, and that means YOU . . . yes you). - Get 120 dungeoneering. - Change my name back to Obtaurian to prevent hex drops. Anything else? Get me a Hex.

Obtaurian
Not that I expect to see another hexhunter bow before 100 dungeoneering, but I was wondering...the current suggestion for sub-100 dg'ers with a hex bound is to bind sagittarian arrows and a hood as well, and to craft surge runes. But would binding a hex with a hood + surgebox, and buy arrows from the smuggler asap, be more effective and cheaper? I mean, novite arrows are only 40 gp each, and I believe grimy said they have half the DPS of sagittarian, and doesn't the majority of hex's damage come from the bow's special effect + desperado ring? That's an option, yeah. It's very easy to just pick up surge runes along the way, though, and the majority of your worth to the team will be in dealing with mages and bosses, so I'd say just keep the arrows and find/make surge runes. Matt Marche snatches battlemage from CSBers sometimes because he finds a way to mage every floor. ;) To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.

Binding a csb over sagg arrows with only hex as your primary weapon is a bad idea.

I'll remember that if I see another hex before 100 dg :P.

LinkOlaran
I noted that occasionally I start a dg with 2h being on defensive style, for some weird reason. I'm not really sure why, but I think it might have something to do with having csb equipped at the end of my previous floor, but it's irritating because sometimes I don't notice it. Same deal with my ring, sometimes I'll forget I had it on blazer and not notice for part of a floor afterwards >.< Mildly annoying, but just shout at me if I happen to do a dg with you guys and this happens and I don't notice quickly enough :P
Obtaurian
but some people want to train defense in dungeons and it's annoying If you tell them to get on aggressive and they don't listen, message me their name and I'll happily ban them. Not only is it the VERY FIRST RULE that you have to listen to ranked keyers, it's also heavily implied by the ring guidelines (berserker is the only melee ring mentioned) that aggressive is the only choice you have. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.

Dragonlordjl
I'd like to say to everyone: Make it a habit of checking your ring style when you first get into a floor. It's damn easy to forget to switch back to berserker if you finished a floor on a different ring. It only takes a second to check, and it saves the epic facepalm moment later when you realize you've done more than half the DG on blitzer. I've been guilty of this many times myself, which is why I am saying this. DERP DATS Y MAH HITS SUCKED.
