Unknown_Warrior
Did... did I just bomb armoured monsters with a seagull, did a game of actual Battleship AND wet willied a severed head? It's official, this is definitely one of my favourite quests in the game. A refreshment after all the (overtly) dramatic quests as of late. Dragon Drops : 5 Dragon Medium Helmets, 3 Dragon Claws, 3 Dragon platelegs, 2 Dragon plateskirts, 2 Dragon Hatchets, 2 Dragon Spears, 7 pairs of Dragon Boots, 1 Dragon pickaxe, 10 Dragon defenders, 3 Dragon 2h swords, 1 Dragon armour Slice, 1 Dragon armour Lump, 1 Dragon chainbody, 1 Dragon kiteshield, 1 Dragon hasta, 1 Dragon ward, 25 Dragon knives pairsThe Warrior's Blog , Herblore Habitat - Efficient and profitable[hide=Stats and logs].:Adventurer's Log:.[/hide]
Randox
I think this might be my favorite quest ever. Teh puzzles were a bit easy, but they were there. I got a lot of laughs out of it, and it didn't have any epic fights in it (not a fan of quest fighting).

gspbeetle
Looks like I have a smithing level and a few thieving levels to grab. I like quests, so it will make the levels worth it. Same boat, what plans for thieving do you have in mind? opinion =/= troll okUnjustified accusations = troll, you mad? How about getting that troll face off, troll? Triquos
what skill does this new sword train with stab? only strength or? The brackish blade trains: Accurate - Stab - Attack xpAggressive - Stab - Strength xpAggressive - Slash - Strength xpDefensive - Stab - Defence xp :-) Also it looks pretty epic, almost like an abyssal scimitar or something
michel555555
never mind beaten to it. This dungeon is actually great for training. If you trap the rangers the crabs will never go non agro and you can stay there forever. And brackish blade with no prays or pots does 350 hits quite often. [spoiler=click you know you wanna]Me behave? Seriously? As a child I saw Tarzan almost naked, Cinderella arrived home from a party after midnight, Pinocchio told lies, Aladin was a thief, Batman drove over 200 miles an hour, Snow White lived in a house with seven men, Popeye smoked a pipe and had tattoos, Pac man ran around to digital music while eating pills that enhanced his performance, and Shaggy and Scooby were mystery solving hippies who always had the munchies. The fault is not mine! if you had this childhood and loved it put this in your signature!
bmnp
Very fun quest. One of the most entertaining. Rewards are not bad either.
Dax
One of the best quests I've done in a long time. Zomboats, Cannonball-boat, BARON VON HATTENKRAPPER. Very enjoyable. I approve. #KERR2016/17/18/19/20/21. #rpgformod

Noobzy
'Rum'-pumped crab just dropped me an effigy  EDIT2: got my first brackish blade, after 1,5 hours... hopefully they come quicker now lol I can also confirm they hit much better on the crabs than my whip did. brunokiller
I think I'm going to use that sword a lot. Actually, the quest is pretty bugged which doesn't really surprise me. My blog
Will H
Just finished it, here's hoping Baron von Hattenkrapper is a recurring character. I love Jagex's weird sense of humour. ~ W ~

Noobzy
just got my 2nd brackish sword. So 2,5 hours: 2 swords for me so far. Im hoping we get more underwater areas, making brine and brackish more of an advantage even. Also, love the idea of the underwater dungeon. Actually made sense in the quest, not like jagex only tried to force dung into quests... EDIT: and no. 3 in 3 hours time. not bad, now off to sell them :) "He really calls himself Noobz?" Capt_Davy
I managed to get 4 brackish swords in under an hour, and after testing it compared to chaotic rapier underwater, I felt they are only useful underwater without a rapier with ext's/supers, and without turmoil, at maxed melée. Nice to see that they sold for a tidy 8.55m. And I loved the quirky humor of the quest. Did anyone get the Hitchhikers reference with the seagull? Bangin_Blonde
I got the H2G2 reference. There's no doubt that when they do a quest they can write a good story. That is unless the quest has no story, *cough* Nomad's Requiem *cough.* However it seems likes it's the technical aspects of their updates that consistently let me down. Blyaunte
Gotta love the H2G2 reference. Honestly I am not sure if this is the most enjoyable quest ever, or that it just seems like a great quest because it was so much more enjoyable than all the recent fare. I've always loved the Pirate quest line the jokes, the puns, the quirky humour and the cross-references with pulp culture have always made me laugh out loud during these quests. This new quest was no exception. In any event, it's a quest worth doing. If only for the sheer fun of doing it. It's my new favourite quest.
Noobzy
I liked the quest mainly for the puns and funny dialogues, but also for the unique gameplay. B52-seagull was very cool, I didn't mind that controls were a bit slow but it took some getting used to. And a genuine naval battle in rs? That was funny. Easy, but funny :shades: "He really calls himself Noobz?" [hide=STATS][/hide]
Triquos
Made 27M from the Brackish blades while they were 1.8M - 2.3M each <3: Back to frost dragons for me tomorrow, as no doubt the blades will be 500k - 1M at most by then.
pulli23
Can someone enlighten me: but what did that underwater dungeon have to do with the whole story/theme? - It seems like a filler action which we had to do there.. First they came to fishingand I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing Then they came to the yewsand I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews Then they came for the oresand I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me.
