Heres the question, if you had to no life a boss which boss would it be and why? Please do not just say omg i would no life nex 24/7 for awesome loot. lol post a boss that you could actually solo and would no life at.

 

 

Mine is Bandos. I am no lifing there for the next 3 days and if you would like to see my progress here's a link to a video of it.

I can't solo at the moment because I don't have decent gear.

 

But if I did it would be Bandos because it's the easiest, and considering I haven't solo'd much before, I'd be able to for a lot longer without dying.

I know you say not to post Nex since it has the best loot, but honestly I'd no life it simply because Nex is the most interesting and challenging boss. Most of RS bosses are activate prayer, click attack, wait, eat if low health, etc. Nex is more complex and therefore enjoyable and satisfying to kill. Loots are also good.

Yeah but you truly can't no life Nex. You can do it majority of the day if you find a good team but you can't just sit in the layer rebank and go solo it 50-100 times a day. I agree nex is the most fun to fight and rewarding but its not no life-able persay lol

Ah, okay in that more realistic sense, I'd say TDs. Not a lot of cost for gear, decent drops, not as grindy, + effigies.

Am I not aloud to say tormented demons simply because it takes a few minutes to run back to them? And bandos has an associated kill count, you wouldn't be killing him during that.

You took my response on a word for word basis instead of interpreting it with a little bit of common sense. My definition of no lifing: Being able to do continuous runs without having to stop to find teams or groups.

The whole point of this question was based on which boss would you no life SOLOING. As far as I am aware - Nex can't be solo'd with the current gear in game. Getting kill counts and banking is part of any bossing, so obviously that would not exclude TD's from the options. So yeah... my answer would be Nex.

 

However... apparently no-lifing has been re-defined to mean something that can be done solo (??), then probably dagannoth kings because there are many different ways to kill them and it might keep me more entertained.

Alternately, I think it would be fun to get better at soloing corp - people can do it very easily now, but I've only done it once.

I don't see what soloing has to do with it. Fighting Nex all day every day is still no lifing. Finding teams is also a part of every boss, it's just that most don't require teams.

 

Although if soloing is the only option my pick would be tds, even though they're [cabbage] money now and I've killed so many of them already, I can't stand even stepping into any godwars dungeon boss room besides Nex.

Corp. I've never been there, but it looks like fun.

 

However, I have actually no lifed at Armadyl (I consider doing 6-8 solo trips a day, that all lasted an hour to an hour and a half each, for about a week straight to be no lifing) and I ended up making like 80M that week.

The only reason why I excluded Nex was for the obvious reason. Majority of players would automatically say nex every time but I wanted diversity in the responses so that was my reasoning of excluding Nex from a response :)

I'm sorry that my tersely worded post could have seemed like an attack, but there is no need to insult me. I was not trying to be witty, and I was not attempting to belittle you (I assume what I interpret to be hostility in your post was in response to what you assumed to be hostility on my part). My post was in fact genuine, I wanted to know your reason for classing Nex differently than other bosses.

Probably corp, I used to no life tds but claws are cheap now, frost drags are too crowded with bots and most gwd stuff is cheap but dat elly and divine have stayed high. When I decide to get 99 def its gonna be nex all the way though

Barrows. I think of them as boss monsters when appropriated to my level, in the same way that TDs are for some people. Of course, I'd need to get a few extra levels before then.

Probably barrows even though dks is my favourite boss simply because I won't be able to do constant trips for dks. My brain would frazzle from the constant attention and constant equipment switching etc. Barrows requires much lower concentration so it would be something I can nolife.

I see where you're coming from, my first thought was Nex as well (even tho I don't have the stats for it) but... if someone is liked, maxed, and says they want to no-life Nex, why isn't that a viable choice?

 

Personally, I'd say TDs. Most bosses (except maybe KBD) would probably be harder for me to solo then TDs statwise yet at the same time follow the fairly standard "watch your character fight and eat when necessary" combat mechanic which, frankly, is a tad boring.

 

Failing that, barrows.

I wouldn't no life any boss except for Nex. Other than TDs, they're all insanely dull, and none of them really pay out well anymore either. With a good team, you can expect several times the profit from Nex than you can from any other boss.

 

And you can most definitely no-life Nex. The team I'm a part of has under 20 members, and we've kept 4-6 man trips going for over 8 hours before pretty easily.
