NOOOOO Rather uneventful and rather unexpected update but who knows how much of an impact this will make once we find out how much chance of getting high level stuff is. If its comparable to BA d chain drop rate then probably isn't much of a worry. Jagex makes it so all you have to do is log in to spin once (or twice) per day to win fabulous prizes. It can't be overpowered if the client crashes on login.
