Not everyone, friend of mine is on, but he's getting 1/2 fps in game and 4 fps in lobby...

I can't log in after two tries on the official client. Is anyone else having problems?

So umm.. how did they miss this glaring issue in testing? :P

I'm really hoping the value of those items/coins don't go much over 100m, tbh. Seems like a fun (and very random) update though.

 

Also, unable to log in. :(

One cannot simply receive xp gold or fabulous prizes once a day.

Rather uneventful and rather unexpected update but who knows how much of an impact this will make once we find out how much chance of getting high level stuff is. If its comparable to BA d chain drop rate then probably isn't much of a worry.

 

But ofcourse for some unknown reason you cannot log in just like EVERY update for the past, what, six months or more? you would think that for a pretty well off company that they would be able to figure out and solve a pretty bad problem, but they just don't care anymore I guess.

Are prizes going to be tradable?

 

We have no plans for the high value items to be tradable.

Apparently I went on my F2P account, Saradomin Chestplate was one of the biggest prizes.

Sounds like a bunch of madness. This isn't a Casino. Why should you even get Godswords just from 1 click...

Doesn't anyone else see how ingenious this is? Jagex makes it so all you have to do is log in to spin once (or twice) per day to win fabulous prizes. It can't be overpowered if the client crashes on login.

Agreed.. I actually think this is kind of stupid. I mean cool, free exp and gp's but... why?

tbh this update has a good chance to help ppl rebuild and such, the problem i have is that im a VERY unlucky person so im sure my prizes wont exceed 100k very often whereas there will be people with like 5b banks who get god knows what from it because jagex like to bum lick them

In theory, yes. But the fact that I got 50gp in 3 rolls show that the odds are terribly low. I forgot to mention there was a 10M cash prize too.

Well I just used both spins, And I can't really tell if their is a pattern to being able to get what you want or not, but I recieved 3 iron ore and 50 coins.... :( faillll

It still looks like something that could be incredibly easily be abused by goldfarmers... >.>
