So the high level prizes are untradeable? Interesting.

 

I thought that was for the unique prizes like the face tatoos. But if that's true, then thankfully people won't need to complain.

Seeing as the Rare/Very-rare items have, for example, "Lucky Spectral Shield" and "Lucky Armadyl Godsword", I'd say they're untradeable...and if they're alchable then that's a bit silly.

 

EDIT: Also, Quick chat the phrase: "That item is:"

Then type in "Lucky" and you'll get the list of the untradeable high-value items.

 

Noticed "Lucky cutlass" and "Lucky shot flag"?

Loads of people in DGS are claiming claws + 10m prizes. The claws weren't tradable but the 10m coins were.

I think I prefer them over most the lucky items anyway considering I cant sell them. I be aiming for the cash prizes, unique things and lamps probably. I would wonder what high arch prices are on some items though if anything at all.

 

I dont really like this update as its not one I find appropriate or appropriately needed. But if they not tradable it might not do much harm either.

 

Struggling very bad with lag. Server response its sporadic. Initially it responded upto a second. (Thats slow) And other times it takes 10 seconds. But it is getting better over time. I wasnt one of the first to log in but I was one of the earlier people.

 

Edit: One thing that is atleast favourable about this update - Being one of those 'daily' things you can do. Is atleast its easy to quickly do. Rather than needing to travel somewhere and talk to someone. I can just do this wherever I am at the time.

 

If the info about how f2p are being poorly treated with this update arnt fixed then overall the update is 1/10 imo. If they fix that then maybe 4/10.

A Katana? I guess those can be obtained without buying the card way back then after all.

Not sure I had my private off at the time, but hadn't changed it like the news post said you would need to just to see if it would actually say anything.

Hm. I don't really know what to think of this.

 

If the rates of the 'good' items are low, I'm fine with the update because it doesn't really have an effect on the market. (They are untradeable, yes, but if you have e.g. bandos tassets, would you buy another?).

 

The update should help the poorer players, and it adds a bit of excitement to the game. And I think this is a very fair way of advertising members as well.
