I'm 56. Been playing RS for a little over 2 years now. I've been a gamer since forever, started with computer games with the Colossal Caves adventure game on the PCP 11 back when dinosaurs ruled the earth and most of the rocks were still warm and a bit squishy.

I am not familiar with anyone older than 20...

21 Years Old here. I have many people on my Friends list who are in their 40s. ;)

I'm 26, i was starting to wonder if I was the oldest...It's good to know I'm not the only kid at heart.

Heh, and I'm only 18 and had someone tell me today that I was too old to be playing ... oops, I missed the magic cut off point. :P

Male adults who play Runescape that are around 30+ is uncommon, but a 30+ woman is really quite rare.

Hi,nice to see older poeple are still playing...in answer to your question i wouldnt have thought you were the oldest and dont worry about the comments from younger players i get that too and im only 20 :wall:

It doesn't matter what age you are.

 

You have the right to play just as anybody else.

I'd definitely say those above 18 are the best friends to have on rs.

According to a 14 year old player i encountered, being a 17 year old that plays Runescape automatically makes everyone 17 and older a fat nerdy virgin :lol:

Been playing computers games since "Pong" hit the stores .... ah, the excitement of chasing a white dot across the screen :lol:

 

 

 

But there are quite a few of us old fogeys around who enjoy a relaxing time playing RS.

believe it or not,i have a female in my friends list who is around 75 year and 124 cmb(no life,any1?) :uhh:

im 16 and im already cutting down on my runescape play time. cant sit in front of the computer forever

You are too funny, Sluggy-- I could almost say the same thing, although my parents are about 6-8 years older. I can't picture them playing, but they've never been gamers.

 

 

 

My mother-in-law, however... well, that'd be a bit of a stretch, but she loves the Myst series, used to play D&D, and is somewhat involved in the prose-based (freeform online) roleplaying scene. (I married into a gamer family)

 

 

 

Wife used to play, but she's either doing freeform online too, or playing puzzle games. Still does LARP, though.
