Mine is empty, I figured I'll add someone for a couple of minutes until they leave and then I won't be bugged. If I get PMs then I'll just ignore it and laugh to myself. But I probably wouldn't use this unless I needed to for some reason. But cool none the less.

My friend had his account hacked by someone, and the hacker left him a nasty message in his ignore list, just like that!

It's sad, but mine is too crowded to do that.

 

 

 

After a good month or two, after you clear your ignore list out barely anyone contacts you again. Idiots in general tend to play runescape for a really small amount of time, because they realize they just don't fit in - hence the being ignored.

 

 

 

Personally I use it for fairy ring TP's, and it's been really helpful.

That's a pretty smart idea. Sadly I have to use mine for the stupid people that harass me because of me being a Mod. Sometimes I wish the community was like it was on RSC. If you have the room however that's a very good idea to make use of the otherwise empty ignore list.

I actually use my ignore list for its intended purpose

I've always used it just for random notes and things. Actually very few.

 

 

 

I make many notes on paper though; piles and piles of it :lol:

lol, never thought of that...i've always used it to ignore people...sadly its filled up 3 times :shock: so i doubt this would work well for me

I think it would be much better just to keep your list of goals in a text document on your computer, and use the list for what it was intended - to shut up people who are annoying you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That's what I did. Right now I have an excel doc. that has all my stat goals complete DT. Right now I'm..... 5 quests and about 30 levels away.

Smart list, but I got way too many on my ignore list to do that. :-k

I have just given it a go. I have removed the over 80+ people from my ignore list, which hopefully have forgotten me. And I will keep a few notes now. Good tip, hope it works for me.
