He hasn't been at 60m for half a year :-k He posts on the RSOF quite frequently in Goals and Achievements. He was at 50m only a few short months ago (like around September - November). Anyway, about maxing out.. There are two different ways of looking at it. Plus on a sidenote, the top hunter is around 50mil+ exp I think (40 to be sure) and taht came out like 1 and 1/2 months ago? Maxed out refers to that they can achieve no more levels, not no more exp. Rares are only a player created thing and not officially part of the game Rares aint player created , unless you mean the duping.. back on topic, slayer is arguably the hardest skill to get 200mil exp. The best slayer exp is Daggnoths. I will assume there is a freaking bug which make you get daggnoths every tasks and you have unlimited Cballs. Go ask around, the exp for daggnoths is probably like 20k per hr ( Lesser but its easily to calculate in this way.. ) 200,000,000/20,000 = 10000 hrs 10k hrs straight of cannoning Daggnoths. 10k hrs = 417 days , which means more than a year straight of cannoning daggnoths..
