Thanks for suggestions (although Neosporin is hardly a homemade recipe). I have some aloe vera plants in my greenhouse, but all they did was make it all inflamed and turn grey. What i ened up doing was pouring a glass of ice water, and then sitting at the desk with it in front of me. I'd immerse my pinky momentarily, then play RS, then when it started to hurt again (every 30-45 seconds o_O) I'd dip it back in there. It doesn't hurt anymore, although it did turn a nasty shade of .. some color I can't even name.

How about a method that doesn't require a ton of luck? A better title would be, "how can you consistently make 1m every hour?".

Well actually, farenheit was around first, so celsius is more a smarted-up version of farenheit than farenheit is a dumbed-down version of celsius. At this point we can't really switch ... people are too ingrained in their ways. As a matter of fact, there was a big airplane tragedy because of trying to switch o metrics. The engineers converted gallons to liters incorrectly and the airplane ran out of fuel less than halfway to its destination. It was a commercial airliner too, not even a government plane, so lots of innocent people died. :mrgreen:

Hey you guys? I just got a new lighter and, in testing it out, promptly melted a 1x1 foot section of my bedroom wall. I was stupid enough to run my hand into the mass of bubbling goo on my floor, but luckily only the very tip of my pinky finger was burned. That little bit, however, hurts like you couldn't possibly understand. Anyone have any home-made burn remedies? (Topical stuff only. I'm not taking any pills. O_o)

Well, I'm not exceptionally rich. (whole bank totals under 15m) And I personally have never had problems with the quest guides. But with the other guides ... well if a fight caves guide tells you to bring full Guthan's, or two crystal bows, or a full inventory of super restores (and they will, too) then you have to understand. These things are costly undertakings, not for the weak of heart .. or those with holes in their pockets.

Hello, my name is Kashi and I'm hear to speak to you about plagiarism. (play-jer-izum). Some of you (probably not) may have read/heard of/used the pages as cigarette papers of a fiction series titled "The Belgariath". Well a friend of mine recommended that I read it, and even let me borrow Book 1 out of her private collection. Now I wont say it was fantastic, but it was certainly good, and unlike any other book I'd ever read in the same genre. I'd suggest you pick up a copy at your local library. The real purpose of this post is that, as I was reading the book I came across a few names that seemed awfully familiar. As in, names that had appearined in RuneScape. Here are just a few. Faldor - A farm where the main character grew up. Compare to "Falador". Trellheim - A mountainous region where another character was born. Compare to "Trollheim". Barak - A viking-style warrior who always wears furs. Compare to "Baraek", a Varrock fur merchant. Durnik - The blacksmith of Faldor's farm. Compare to "Derrik", the blacksmith of Miscellania. Torak the Accursed - Main bad guy. Compare to "Torag the Corrupted". I'm not saying anything, I just think that's a few too many coincidences to be ignored. There are probably more, since I'm only about halfway through the book. If I find any I'll update this. Lock it if you feel necessary, I've sort of lost interest. EDIT: Ugh .. don't cite other examples of this please, since you're all being sarcastic. I'm not talking about them taking the name of the governor of Georgia or stealing Romanian heritage. I just thought it would be a bit too coincidental for all those names to be so similar and not have any prior knowledge of etc. (run on sentence).

So how do people walk in dragon legs if the metal doesn't bend :wink: Well in all fairness, the legs have jointed knees so they can move, so really the metal isn't bending. But I wouldn't expect a human to be able to bend even steel legs, so. Maybe lead, if they had lead armor, but that's about it. But crossbow limbs don't bend either. Well .. you have to have a Zammy cape, for one. EDIT: I DID NOT SAY GOD SPELLS WERE CHEAPER THAN SLAYER DART! (They're faster though, for sure.) I ONLY SAID THEY WERE CHEAPER AND MORE EFFICIENT THAN ANCIENT MAGICK! So if you're going to laugh at God Spell users, you should laugh at ancienters even more. All i was trying to say.

(This entire article should be read with the voice of Carlos Mencia playing in your head.) Have you ever walked down to the barrows to do a few runs and seen some "noob" using god spells? And have you ever then said to that "noob" something like, "Haha, waste of bloods noob!"? Well "Haha, guess what no it's not!". For the sake of this argument, all rune prices are as follows; Blood - 500gp Death - 250gp Chaos - 125gp Argument Point #1: Haha, look at all those ancienters using Ice Burst? Guess what! 2 deaths and 4 chaos per spell comes out to the same price as ... oh my God, 2 bloods per spell! And how many bloods does a God Spell use? 2, you say? Only guess what! Your Ice Burst can only hit 22! My charged God Spell can hit 30! Look at that! Argument Point #2: Prayer potions! A veritable necessity for barrows is prayer potions! Only hey guess what .. not for me!! I have 56 prayer. I start with Dharok, leaving me at 43. (avg.) I move to Karil, leaving me at 30. (avg.) I go over to Ahrim, who puts me down to 0. "But wait, Kashi, you used up 30 prayer points on Ahrim?! You could've killed at least two of the other melee brothers with those prayer points!" Which leads me to ... Argument Point #3: Heheh, guess what ENTANGLE!! I actually was killing Guthan the other day, and a lvl 120 no less said to me, "Entangle?" at which point I entangle Guthan, and he goes, "Lol noob!". But .. with one Entangle I can fire off 4 God Spells before having to hide behind the tomb! God Spells have a max of 30, where barrows brothers have 100Hp. Those 4 spells are often enough to kill whichever brother got in my way. If not I pop on my super-defensive Torag's armor and Obby shield and finish the brother off, which rarely, rarely takes more than 2 extra casts. Now just to finish off my little analysis here, lets total up my expenses for a single barrows trip. 66 bloods per trip (average) Maybe 5-6 Rune arrows used per trip 5 monkfish per trip 20 natures Elemental runes add a negligible cost. 200 airs/fires (not 200 each, 200 altogether) purchased from the Zammy Mage at 5gp ea. That's 1k. Altogether that's about 40k per trip. Want to know how long a run takes me? 15 minutes, 20 absolute tops, if I happen to click the wrong puzzle in the tunnels. Whatever, I'm really tired, all I'm saying is I've used Ice Burst before and it generally ends up being 50k in runes alone (50 castings, 2 deaths 4 chaos per cast, which is approx. 1k per cast). That's not including your prayer pots if you use any, your arrows disappeared, or your food eaten. So lay off ancienters, my system is cheaper and more efficient than yours. That doesn't stop me from losing money when my chest rewards are ungodly horrible, the point is my basic expenses are lower than yours.

I was once browsing foruyms in that barrows room full of spiders .. Clicked back and I was 15hp!! Eat!! I was okay though. I'm doing it right now with a whip and Torag's. :)

I'll come, if by some inexplicable, miraculous happening I remember.

Hey let me just say one thing. Where the [bleep] do today's scientists get off gain-saying decisions made by the early astronomers? If you ask me it should remain as a planet just for the sake of tradition.

Since I play in world 77 I always get my kill count to 16. You know, because the sum of the two digits in the number 16 is 7 .. Mild Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and that's the way your brain works.

When I'm dueling, and I have 1hp and 750k on the line, and I still manage to finish the other guy off. Or when I'm in the wild, teleblocked, entangled and at 10hp with no food, but i still manage to escape, log out, and tele when I log back in. And getting hit an 80 by the Jad didn't just make my heart beat, more like a heart attack.

Half wines are so rare now as to the point of being non-existent. Not sure about the other two but the only time your account is removed from the highscores is when you're banned. :?

Oof .. The only way to tell would be, well for example. I have 77 range. With range prayer 15% I should have the equivalent of 88.5 range. So let's take me and a new crystal bow, and a lvl 88 ranger with a new crystal bow and run comparative analysis for an hour or so. Hey also since Magic Defense is relative to the target's mage lvl, would the prayer boost mage def?

Slayer was released reletively out of the blue. And Runecrafting was made with the creation of Runescape 2, since magic would become much more independant from all other forms of combat. My friend is pretty high up with the JaGex mods, so I myself knew about slayer some .. 14-15 hours before it came out. :mrgreen: Of course, at the time I was level 30 and had only been a member for about a week. And when my friend was describing slayer to me he said it would be "A new style of attack." so I thought he meant on the combat interface screen, like ... Accurate Agressive Defensive Slayer You know?

Points for originality! :mrgreen: Don't take it as an insult to your intelligence, like most people say they do. I bet the JaGex people are laughing their [wagon] off as people read these. :)

Did you know, and this is true, no matter how many Iban Staves you have they all share the same charges? I spent 600k yesterday to get 3 staves for barrows, and wouldn't you know it that was a big big waste of cash there. So, you have been warned.
