Jagex only looks at the suggestions on the RSOF as far as I know, and even those have very, very slim chances of ever being implemented. I think that we all know that the suggestions here will never be seriously considered or looked at by Jagex. You could say "Won't happen........" to any thread in this forum, so it is pointless to say it at all. On topic: I like your idea, I support.

I know 50 IS Legend's...it was the last RSC quest, and the 50th one as well.

Legend's Quest was the 50th quest. I think Morning's End Part 1 or 2 might have been the 75th quest. Recipe for Disaster was the 100th quest. So far, 124 quests have been released. Will the next one, the 125th, take place in Varrock? Will it be coupled with a Varrock makeover, and the ruby necklace? I guess we have to wait for tomorrows behind the scenes. I can't wait!

Remember, in a few years there might be 300+ quests, so the cape will be very hard to achieve, almost impossible with out a guide.

No. Think about it, if you got "hacked" the hacker would have a way of guessing your pin more easily. Just say each number from 0000-9999, and when the "You have attempted to say your pin..." message comes up, they know which one it is. If it takes too long to say all those pins, then they could easily design a macro that says each number, then checks to see if it was blocked.

Brimhaven? Werewolf? Those places are horrible for agility experience at your level! At the wilderness course, you can gain a level in about an hour from 60-70. There isn't as much risk as it seems-pkers are few and far between. It will take your over a minute for each ticket, and with 900 more tickets, you can expect to take 15-20 hours to reach 70 from 65. If you used the wildy course, you will take 5-7 hours.
