  1. I understand this can be frustrating, Teshiburu, but I don't know why you want to start a fight. Debating is lots of fun, but personal jabs are not cool. :|
  2. Your original post made it sound like you have done such on multiple occasions, but it seems I misinterpreted it. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
  3. Please don't ever say that again. RuneScape is a game of how much free-time you have, not skill. What ticks me off though is people who will say negative things about a skill. You can say that it's not your thing, it's a bit boring for you, et cetera. Just please don't walk up to someone in a Cooking cape and tell them how cheap/fast/stupid Cooking is. I prefer to reduce, rather than increase, WorldSuck.

    ok wtf.

Now that is nicely worded! However, I do support this move by JaGEx; it fixed a lot of problems in the game.
  5. Wow, that's unfortunate. I never knew you could get randoms in that game.
  6. Using better grammar might lend your rant more credibility. However, your point can only come from someone who is, at best, ill-informed.
  7. I love every aspect of quests. Even the humor you don't seem to appreciate can be funny when you play late at night like I do. :P
  8. Yes, it's unfortunate that you are surrounded by jerks/idiots. However, you should've expected such upon logging in to RuneScape. Also, you're not supposed to wear void while ranging metals? I thought that was a common practice.

    Jagex = racist?

Take what someone like that says with a grain of salt, and just move on. To claim superiority over another person, country, et cetera is ignorance of the highest degree.

    Soul Wars

Since it's a combat minigame and they rate of charms is so slow, I see no problem with it.

    Closed.

I didn't think he needed to respond, seeing as your post probably belongs with all the others in the Suggestions sub-forum in the RSOF. However, Modern Magic is extremely useful. Let's use an Aviansie run as the example. You teleport to Trollheim. You run down and start killing the creatures and receive a pair of rune limbs, which you proceed to alch. After a little while, you run low on food and cast bones-to-peaches. When you are finally finished, you teleport out and dance on the pile of money you just made. I see four practical applications there, and that was just a single example in the wide world of RuneScape. Though one can indeed player-kill with magic, quelmotz, it's also quite good as a support skill. Why question what Magic's purpose is, rather than how to use it most effectively?
  12. I was kidding. :| Does anyone actually show off their cooking cape?
  13. Finally I have tangible proof that my cooking cape is not as wide-spread as a strength cape. That'll teach those cape snobs. :
  14. I really don't understand why everyone's getting all worked up over a hitpoint bar.
  15. You're not considering that more F2P-ers will be content with their "demo version" (not my term, but I have yet to find a better one) of RuneScape, thus they'll spend more time before upgrading to P2P. In that way, Jagex loses potential money.
  16. You do play RuneScape, right? ;) Seriously though, your refutation is based entirely on having little kids, non-English-speaking people, and the lazy to support the aforementioned typing style. I try my hardest to present myself well; I can't understand why others won't.
  17. JaGEx is a business. It simply can not care for anything that loses it money. I grow weary of F2P versus P2P discussions. On subject, I wonder if anyone, even members can actually get through to JaGEx electronically. They simply can't check all the messages that pour in; the one you send is lost in the flood.
  18. Most people who call such a system "Communism" are often clueless about politics and economics. What JaGEx has done is just a little government intervention, which I fully support. ;)
  19. Alrighty, I wasn't positive on my information; thanks for confirming! : The difference between the two is noted though.
  20. I was under the impression it that was an abbreviation for Java Gaming Experts. Since one could mean either the experts or the company, wouldn't both the singular and plural forms of the verb be correct?
  21. I love the amount of work you do for us, compfreak, I'd never be able to find those numbers on my own. Yeah, I suppose there are some legitimate points in the original post. However, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to make of it. I can't tell if you want praise, pity, or something else altogether. Nonetheless, more customer support would be nice. Finally, why on earth do you people have to say stupid stuff like "In B4 teh lockz0rs"? It's ridiculous that anyone cares to boost their post count, let alone through such drivel.
  22. My least favorite mythical creature is the troll.
  23. The number 666 doesn't offend me nearly as much as you do, k00ldud95. Christians take a lot of flak merely for believing in a different way than others; you don't need to make us look bad. :|
  24. That's handy to know, thanks! I suppose I don't die enough to learn this for myself. :P
  25. I hate that people often offer derision rather than discussion-worthy material. Grammar and Socialists are the main points of the rant, silly. Can you find the predicate nominatives in my post? Though I don't believe one should always be correcting others, a bit now and then is beneficial. I'll support a "grammar nazi" that is less fanatic than the Hitler Youth members were.
