Point-counterpoint: Should the Zamorakians build an altar in Varrock?
 Most Varrockian Zamorakians do not even have ties to necromancy at all. I find it ridiculous that so many people think these individuals should be denied the right to practice their religion simply because that religion has a reputation of raising undead hordes to cause mass destruction.

Reveal Confessions, Secrets & Regrets...
Confession: I am hearing voices. I seriously just thought I heard the TV on, but I realized it's after midnight so nobody in my house is up, plus there isn't even a functioning TV where I'm staying. I listened harder and I think it was the toilet bubbling or something. If I'm not back in 48 hours, I have been taken to THE ASYLUM *shivers* just gotta avoid the men in white coats, men in white coatsTHE GLOVES thegloveswhitegloves ilove pie Bwah! I heard something brb.

Homosexuality: Right or Wrong?
Honestly, I don't even see what women see in men. They (especially roosters) just look gross to me. :| Protection, security, companionship, and a false sense of happiness? We're really getting into things that are more societal here. There's plenty of biological motivation for a woman who likes the joy stick, but I'm sure there's plenty of psychological "forbidden fruit" crap as well.

School
0 AP classes because I'm a [bleep]ing lazy bastard. It's fun though. I still don't know what I want to do for a living, but it sure as hell won't be some desk job. From my experience, the people who obsess over all of the high school stuff don't go anywhere. Sure, they may end up with a high-paying job and an unhappy family, but in 200 years, what will they be? Nothing at all. Maybe they'll have their name on a plaque at the local conservatory, or hold a school track record. It's much better to enjoy life as it comes instead of working your ass off for a meaning that doesn't exist. But that's just my cheerful way of justifying laziness.

"I want a girlfriend/boyfriend", and other such relationship advice
Body language is essential for building attraction. Girls won't just find you "charming" from the beginning. Good posture, eye contact, and using your hands will broadcast confidence, without which you will not succeed in any social interaction, no matter how charming you are. The fashion stuff for Kalphiteman4 is a bit case-sensitive. I live in an up-scale northern (US) community, where a tan really makes no difference because everyone is white and splurging money on watches and other gadjets will just make you seem preppy. While your physical appearance is important, it's really what you do with it that matters. The drama geek with the skull-and-crossbones on his (minimal) bicep really just looks goofy. In fact, I wouldn't reccommend tattoos based on what I see in your picture. I would, however, lose the black shirt -- younger girls tend to like a brighter outward appearance. Again, this is case-sensitive. If you live in a community where that's pretty much the norm, then it's not so bad. Sorry if I've made some inaccurate assumptions here, but a picture isn't much to go on.

Reveal Confessions, Secrets & Regrets...
I find "awkward turtle" quite annoying. I don't see why people need a little hand motion to feel comfortable. Normally in an awkward situation I wiggle my eyebrows or say something ridiculously awkward. Making stuff like that into a parody makes people feel more comfortable without using some over-used gesture.

Homosexuality: Right or Wrong?
I agree with Zierro on asexuality. Asexuality is a result of a mental or physical defect, not a choice. Sexuality is about attraction. On Zierro's black and white bisexuality: Tell me, honestly, that you have never noticed another man's body. Assuming that you have, does that make you bisexual? If you still aren't convinced, go look at some pictures of [roosters]. It's a biologically proven fact that a man will be aroused by nudity of either gender, so if you say you weren't you're either lying or horrified. Again, assuming you felt a little fraction of a something, will you be at the next Gay Pride Parade?

Homosexuality: Right or Wrong?
Really don't know where you're going here. Bisexuality is the greyness. There could be different degrees of bisexuality though - like if someone liked both genders but favored females. I believe what he's trying to say is most people are partially bisexual. Sexuality is like a spectrum, with 1 being extreme hetero and 10 being extreme homo, with 4-6 bisexual. The common man is really a 2 or 3, meaning he might occasionally feel something for another man.

Food
I am currently drinking Polar Orange Dry and it is delicious. I've recently been going through a carbonated drink phase. I don't know what it is, but for some reason they make me feel less bored by everything. On brownies: I used to not like brownies that much, but then I was introduced to a strange contraption called an "edge brownie pan". It's a zigzag-shaped pan where every brownie will have an edge, and that way they will have that special edge texture. Also, the pan has less space in it, so if you use the same recipe, the brownies are thicker. Thick brownies are delicious.

What are your flaws?
Welcome to puberty. This is a flaw? I call it a routine. Taking it too seriously could be considered a flaw, I guess. I'm the opposite. I have spots for everything, but I don't use them very well. I'm the extreme opposite. I dislike any sort of schedule or routine, and will even avoid everyday commitments. By the way, a fun fact: People with regular routines are more likely to be victims of premeditated murder.

Homosexuality: Right or Wrong?
First of all, California and New Jersey are conservative compared to Massachusetts. Don't even try. Secondly, homosexuality is a right. Not "right" but "a right". Who are you to tell people who to love? I don't personally get into that stuff, but I'm not going to be going around judging others based on it. The Bible is completely irrelevant in a debate like this. First of all, our (USA) laws specifically state that religion and government should be seperate. In addition, the Bible has been wrong time and time again on subjects like this, and it always loses. First it was the rights of people with dark skin, then women's rights, then the right of interracial couples to marry. Now all the Christian extremists and the hive-minded conformist homophobes are trying to eliminate homosexuality, and failing miserably. I was shocked to read the first few posts (from a few years ago) in this thread. If I saw that posted in this day and age I would think it was a troll. I do hope somebody comes along and intelligently defends those views to me, as I have yet to hear a real reason that homosexuality would be "wrong".

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
My cell phone charger makes this really high-pitched sound that I only hear when everything is quiet. It's the middle of the night, and my cell phone needs to be charged before morning. The sound is driving me insane. GAH. MAKE IT STOP :wall: :wall: :wall:

Tastiest Looking Ice Cream Sandwhich Thread
What the [bleep] is this [cabbage]? This is a real ice cream sandwich. I was about to come into this thread and ask if the sandwiches with cookies on the ends count. You can imagine my dismay upon seeing such horrid abominations given the title of "Ice Cream Sandwich". You all should be ashamed. What would your grandparents say?

Thanks. I actually haven't come across that many bots while I mine, but there are probably more in F2P. Aren't the skeletons at that mine permanently aggressive because it's the wilderness? I would think they would be more of a nuisance than the bots. At least I won't have to worry about competition.

Thank you very much for your responses. I have emptied my kingdom, and will do one last Bork run. I put in an offer for a bunch of jugs of water, but I doubt I'll get any. Right now I plan to burn my maple logs, then maybe some mining/ superheating. I think I'll keep the mems weapons and armor, as I would prefer to not have to buy it when/if I come back. I'm still debating selling the monkfish. I was going to cook all the uncooked ones, then have plenty of food, but it seems like a waste to have them sit in my bank while the price falls.

Keeping my cool with Jad
Get a good night of sleep the night beforehand, and have a good meal. Taking care of your body will make you less twitchy and more self-controlled. Also, I wouldn't drink energy drinks or caffeine beforehand.

Leaving Members
I'm losing my Runescape membership rather unexpectedly (I have less than two days) and I'm not sure what to sell. I will probably get membership back at some point, but I don't want to have a bunch of members items in my bank losing value and not be able to dump them. -I have a bunch of monkfish, cooked and uncooked. I'm thinking I'll sell these, as they're falling. -I have some mid-value members items, such as a whip, dragon platelegs, full slayer helm, dragon boots, dragon hatchet, and some other random junk. Would it be wise to sell these, seeing as they'll lose value as new armor is released, or should I not worry about it? -I will have a decent cash pile (probably a bit over 20m) after cleaning my bank. Is it better to invest this in an item, or keep it as cash? Miscellania- -I have a fully operational kingdom with about 7m in the coffers. Does anyone know what happens to a kingdom when a member becomes F2P? I think it would be best to transfer that money to my bank and dump any resources collected, but if the kingdom stays operational while I'm F2P it might be worth leaving alone. F2P Training- -I may decide to play while F2P. It will be less efficient, but I could still do stuff. I have already decided not to do any combat without my whip, and I have 99 Woodcutting. That leaves Cooking (ridiculously slow), Mining and Smithing (maybe), Crafting (much more efficient in P2P), Runecrafting (boring), Fishing (salmon and trout at barb vill could be worthwhile), Dung (no thanks) and Firemaking. I've got some maple logs in the bank, so that seems to be my best option. Does anyone have advice for training in F2P that wouldn't be boring and inefficient in comparison to P2P?

Literature
I read them all, and they're definitely worth the time. There are a bunch of short stories that take about a half hour each to read, and a few novellas that take a bit longer. I really liked them because you can read one each night before bed, and they're quite entertaining. I would reccommend the Barnes & Noble Classics volumes. There are two volumes which together contain every story published, in chronological order, plus some of Sir Conan Doyle's notes.
