  1. 22, i use them eventually, however, usually rc'ing
  2. this is the part i wasn't sure about, if it was just luck, but i did get 2 iron ores, and a steel bar in the time i got 100 steel arrows, so that's what made me notice the mining helmet.
  3. fire making... training it now... :wall:
  4. well it used to be steel arrows with the occasional dart, now it's steel arrows with the occasional iron ore or steel bar, so i reckon it's just a bonus...
  5. ok, i started wearing the mining helmet with the accumulator from the recent quest and i started to get iron ore, and steel bars, when i didn't before, even after running much less distance, so i think that they go together. has anyone else noticed this?
  6. i think it's interesting to think about what a companies next move is, i don't know much about it, surprisingly enough you don't learn much in a year 9 commerce class...
  7. yes this is a birlliant idea, i think what we have now is so hard to work, i could spend ages searching for somthing in my bank, good thinking
  8. it does have a lot of uses, just when you need to get to lumby, but i think it was a brilliant idea by jagex, because when new people come on with no friends it's a BIG world out there and there are a few people who get very lost, this creates like a home for them
  9. never actually alked something for fun, and i usually concentrate but i did manage to alk my brand new drag scimmy, the day after they came out, i was in castle wars and i was alching then i tryed to weild the scimmy and then it sort of disappeared
  10. yeah i've learnt alot about small facts such as all these ores, and crafting materials, well the real ones at least, also maths, i always calculate the amount of money/experience/time/trips/etc. and because i'm too lazy to write it down i can store multiple rather large numbers in my short term memory, which i think is the reason i'm so good at maths (not meaning to bragg, but 100% in the yearly report, top of the year *brushes dirt off shoulders* :P) Also it kept me entertained at home, and it made my day happier when i really think school is boring so helped me have something to look forward to, which is always a good thing. So i would say it has helped me along in school a lot.
  11. i feel sorry for you, do you use the armour stands from POH to save you money on your guthans? cause that may save you a heap
  12. i would do some of the quests earlier and not get scammed, as i did when i first came to member bought some useless items for a fair bit of money at the time, also i wouldn't do some of the things that i have done to get "quick cash"
  13. i completly agree with the power questing should be reconised, so i'm glad to see, it full quest points, woo... But i don't see what the big deal was with the orange text was, people claiming they couldn't see it, i could see it fine, and i completly agree with the run button and was very impressed by how fast they changed it, and what they changed it to for that matter, very convenient.
  14. thats a bit tough, my luck is i'd say average, i've never had a dragon drop but i've never gone on a crazy killing spree, i've never had a REALLY good drop but i still earn enough out of monsters to make it worth while with my skill training.
  15. i don't have any 99 skills, working on that non stop now, but at least i still get the qesting one, i think it will help in tears of guthix, how about you guys?
  16. i think this is a great idea, i always have my private chat on and am always willing to talk so add me to the list; Moosewalker. Only got that one account, also my time zone is Australian Eastern Standard time, (AEST)
  17. I would just like to say thats a really good thing that you did, giving people a second chance is what it should be, because there are some days when your just bummed out and you may lose your temper, so it was a good decision. I would also point out that it is true, that this is what separates Tip.it from the rest, it's welcoming and forgiving community...
  18. ok, so this is an extremly small secret, but i find that it could save you alot of time if you are clumsy like me. Ok so, when you are thieving you click like mad at the "pickpocket" and sometimes accidentally hit "attack", when you usually run up stairs, well this is faster than running up stairs, you only have to walk a few steps and the knight will stop. Firstly you will need to lure a Specific knight, the one that respawns just west of the cooks stall (green), and lure him to the building just north of that one (along blue line). Once this is done, pickpoket and when you accidentally attack him walk to this pink line, and he will stop so you can continue, saves you a few seconds every time, so i think it's worth doing. Hope this has been of some help, sorry if this has been posted already
  19. skool is definatly my priority, as much as i hate to admit it... being nice and young at a pretty useless year at skool, i have time to do all my homework, and have time to play a few hours of runescape every second maybe third day, everyday if it's a good week. for you i would recommend just work hard and use runescape as a reward for working hard, like "if i can do this homework today, then i'll play 1 hour of runescape" something along those lines
  20. i've actually been extremly lucky when doing this, i must have some kind of gift because i've done some really dangerous things while reading and posting on these forums, including agility course in wildy, treasure trails in wildy, fighting dragons and other powerful monsters etc. but i am yet to lose at the blame of the forums
  21. i completly agree with that i mean i'm never one to fall for multi-million dollar scams, never have never will, i'm a very cautous trader, i rarly go into the wildy, and never to fight. Sure if some guy says i've been hacked i need a new set of mith or something of the sort i'll give it to him, if wasn't hacked then congradulations him, if he was then i've helped out a bit.
  22. i have two but i only played the second one once, a pure seemed like a good idea at the time, but i started to realise, why train this guy when i could be training my main account, so yeah, i have stuck with that opinion all the way through my runescape life, and still only use my one loyal account (moosewalker)
  23. haha agreed, nice work, just doing the maths, 2.1 bil xp at 10gp each ... haha well it did it's job i guess
  24. it is a problem, 5 hours may be a little TOO much time, but 30mins is ample, just for timer based mini games where the game can get cut short, happened to me twice both times my team was losing
