I was playing on a DS lite last night, belonging to a friend. He was telling me how glad he was that he went for that one as opposed to the vanilla DS. Linksys is a hardware manufacturer, not an ISP. The reason it is slow is because almost all home satellite internet services use one-way multicast with terrestrial return - meaning you only get things FROM the internet via the satellite, and you upload TO the internet via dial-up. That means that you will be experiencing the same delays as dial-up users. The way to solve this is to use ADSL or cable internet.
