Knit in front of a well lit building in the middle of the night. I don't think there's anything you can do, the knitting is actually how scientists discovered that you can mess with someone's circadian rhythm by exposing them to light. If I were to travel to Europe one day the first thing I would do is wake up in the middle of the night and sit in my kitchen with the lights on for an hour. Maybe it'll reset my clock perfectly for the timezome I'll be traveling in, maybe it'll make me walk around in a daze for a month.

Slept off my 8 beers in 5 hours and now I have to drive this girl to her moms house in the middle of freaking nowhere (where Deathrow lives) and hang with her family until noon. FML

Once you've seen genital warts IRL you'll never find an pornstar attractive again. I'm serious, practice safe sex FOR THE LOVE OF GOD

I'm pretty sure we all lie to get into girls' pants. Don't [developmentally delayed]ed judges like this guy get demoted for making such stupid decisions?

Okay people, soccer/football is OVER. Go back to the gym for godsake. I've been going to the gym 4 times a week lately, doing my general routine with some extra pushups and chinups with added weight.

Don't be so quick in blaming your graphics card... for the beta to run smoothly all I had to do was buy 2GB of extra ram (and play on low graphics). Beta going down the 19th, I'm going to miss it :( Good thing I pre-ordered the game, I'll be laddering my heart out all August long

10 hour shift here I come. It's okay though, 1/2 of the time I'm paid 1.5x and the last 1/2 I'm paid 2x. I also get to nap and read most of the time  . But still, I'd rather be playing hockey with my friends. Also, as a side note, I saw the nicest pair of "sandbags" I've seen in my entire life last night. I pretty much made a puddle of drool on my stomach they were so nice.

I never said I was a competitive gamer nor this was a "competitive" list. HoN is one of the best e-sport games out there currently though (based on prize winnings and tournaments). :???: You do realize several hundreds of pro gamers make their living playing Starcraft and that it's on TV 24/7 in Korea. If HoN makes more money than SC I may have to kill myself (based on how much I bash the game).

I'll come play at around 11:15 PM EST if anyone is interested.

Diving Iniesta, obvious corner neglected (which led to the goal), yellow cards everywhere and a single goal in 120 minutes. Worst. Final cup game. Ever. (save the awesome kick to the chest, that was sweet  )

*wow* YEsterday me and three friends went to Costco and buy 3x36 cans of beer for a party. We figured 100+ cans of beer will be good for us and two other people coming. Then people got wind that six guys were going to chill in a backyard and drink beer all day so every hour two/three people would show up... WITH BEER. The tipping point, the "it's on" moment for the party, was when the host said "what are we going to do with all this beer?", so I cracked open a can and motioned for him to chug it, which he did. There were so many people when I finally finished taking care of business I had, and lots of them were underage. The host was FREAKING out because if cops were to show up, he'd get in lots of [cabbage] with the authority and the guy he's renting the house from. Right before cracking down on the kiddies one 17 year old took a stand on a picnic table and silences the party before shouting "EVERYBODY, I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT. I AM DRUNK!!! WOOOO", which was when the host smiled and cracked open another beer. I know it sounds like I just ripped off a movie plot or something but last night's party had everything, and was so epic.

Avatar: The Last Airbender was made by Americans so it's nowhere near an anime. America was drawing anime while japan was drawing chopsticks. I can quote at least 20 sources supporting this data. ----------------- I do not like subcultures. Not sure why... Just in general, like I know some really cool people in subcultures, but overall... Eh. Something irks me. Probably because they aren't really "people". Ummm do you have scientific data? Look, I'm three years away from getting a university degree. I think I know when something is a person or not, okay?

The last two pairs of half-trousers I bought end above the knees and I gotta say, I prefer it much more. I doubt I would have ever purchased them when I still had my chicken legs but now I get the chance to rest my legs on an elevated surface such as a stool or a low table and let people in front of me bask in my glory.

He's a confirmed Christian, in what way is his atheism set in stone  . Anyways, this Kirby fella seems like a pretty well rounded guy for his age - I wouldn't be surprised if he has a stance on transcendentalism/empiricism. That's how well rounded he is. Confession: I had no idea what transcendentalism or empiricism truly meant until I finished a book yesterday. Confession: I am an empiricist  wat? wait he said the papers says he is. however in his mind he isn't. And I'm not saying Kirby isn't, I like the man, and you might be right, he might be that mature. But still, I think many people his age choose too hastily, then get trapped in that religion. Be it Christianity or atheism. No offence but yes I did just generalize Kirby, not trying to be demeaning, simply stating. If we're being honest I should mention I typed up all that stuff just to point out that I knew the difference between transcendentalism and empiricism

I am sorry to hear that you sneeze like a girly man. The point of the thread was to make people dust off their old songs and give them a listen. Unlike the great majority of civilized people, us superior folk in OT have large music libraries that they can play continuously for weeks without once repeating a song. Sometimes I get songs I haven't listened to for years. Why not just SHUFFLE? Because I listen to entire albums, not individual songs. Okay I don't, come up with something interesting yourselves. I am sorry to hear that you sneeze like the awkward kid in glass who causes a [bleep]ing explosion when he sneezes in dead silence. The point is why should you choose music so randomly like that? I listen to entire albums as well and huurrrrrdurrrrrr I can play my library for a little over 2 weeks straight in a row, since we decided to flex our "musical superiority" in here. But the whole concept of it doesn't make sense to me. If i'm sitting here in the dead of night I have certain types of music that I would listen to. I'll listen to something nice and quiet or slow rather than some loud noisy music. I know the music I listen to well enough to pick what I want to listen to rather than leave it to chance. But what if you need to sneeze? Also, of course a kid in glass will make an explosion when he sneezes. hurp.

I'm kinda annoyed when girls go overboard when they see a cute animal. I understand the puppy is fluffy and that you'd love to pet it, but come on, quit talking about the [bleep]ing dog for a minute and make out with me (notice how I pg-13'ed the phrase right there? class). tl;dr: i am jealous of a 1 pound dog who'se bark makes me want to chuck it over a house.

Europe servers are now up .... aaaaand all my games drop  How does Activision-Blizzard not have a billion servers for this game? The internet will implode if they don't stabilize their servers for the retail release :ohnoes:

Everytime you feel a sneeze creeping up on you, go to your music player and make sure it's displaying all of your songs. Then select the scroll bar with your mouse and SNEEZE. HARD. Then whichever song is it the top of your music player screen is the one you must play. Great fun

is it just me or does the blue one say 2:9:3:32 ?? or I guess it's 11:35 if you add them, but why bother having 4 rows when you can just as easily have 2?
