Laws would be a bit faster, most likely, but you'd make more money with natures. I'd suggest nature, not too slower and you'll get more cash. :)

I'd like to have the range bonus, considering I'm 75 range, so removing my range bonus would be out of the question. Even with Guthans helm+skirt and Karil top equipped, add a Zamorak book and you'll have at least +100 ranged most likely.

Looking at your stats, you should either get 63 Hunting for Red Chinchompas (800+ each easily on the street/forum), fish lobsters or sharks in the Fishing Guild (which you can access), runecraft natures (300k+ money an hour, easily), get 70 mining and mine adamant, mithril, or coal in the Mining Guild, or cut yews or magic logs. That way, you don't need to find someone with a 99 skill, and you get every drop of profit and experience yourself. Makes it a lot more gratifying. :)

Definitely. And if you don't have the cash to High Alchemy, then continue cursing for no HP training. Crumble Undead is awesome. One flaw though: you need a Void Mace (I think) or a Slayer Staff to auto-cast it. Otherwise, there'll be a lot of clicking. If you really don't want to do that, then Fire Bolt with Chaos Gauntlets, or even Fire Strike.

I've always had more rune med drops in P2P than in F2P. Not really sure why... at least 300 kills in F2P with two drops, and 300 or so in P2P with at least six meds.

You could probably get by with just meleeing them with good armor and a super set + monkfish. But it's not really worth it, unless you get insanely lucky with a dragon drop or something. Burthope it unless you want the small challenge.

Who would win? Full Armadyl OR Full Range Void in a deul?
nerdattack16 replied to seal101's topic in Help and Advice
Probably Armadyl - close to the same attacking power, and a good deal more defense. -
There's a Clan Recruitment forum here, actually. That'd be the place to post it.

Whisked away to my archive of future signatures.

It's on Ape Atoll.

Yeah, I've killed hundreds of cyclopses without getting any clues. Jellies are nice, as are hellhounds.

Take a recoil ring, or Archer if you can afford it. Other than that, you're looking pretty good. Good luck! :)

You didn't lose it all, unless you were skulled... and why train with a skull, especially in your cherished full rune? Chances are you only lost the helm and scimitar, maybe an amulet.

Are you m4tty? You remind me of him. :P

I fully realize that we can't make a dent in the usage of "noob" in RuneScape. My point was that we could eliminate it here at Tip.It, and see if that might help if at all. Some of you seem to be misunderstanding my idea.
-
Not technically true. You're confusing "noob" with "newb", a.k.a. "newbie." Plus, being low-leveled doesn't make you a "noob/newb" necessarily. You could have played for years, know a lot about the game, you just don't train a lot. Exactly what I want to change, at least, in the Tip.It community. And if you were thinking that the word offended me, well, you were wrong. It simply annoys me that the people here use it so much. Aren't we supposed to be the ones with IQs higher than that of the average 'Scaper? :P

Just wanted to see if that title caught any attention. Right, so the way I see it, we've got a problem. No, not "noobs"... merely the word in itself. Check the Rants forum and tell me how many unnecessary, repetitive, badly-typed and badly-thought out rants do you see about the word? ...Too many. Oh, not just there, either. The word "noob" is, quite frankly, one of the most moronic insults one can use. And the more Tip.Iters I see acting like that, throwing the word around, the more I think to myself that maybe we really are on a quickly declining hill. I'm beginning to see it too much, and the idea that we Tip.Iters, who aren't supposed to sink that low, constantly use the word... well, it irks me. Now, something needs to be done. Obviously, Jagex would probably never ban this word... but what if Tip.It did? Think about it. No more bad rants about it. Maybe a decrease in flames because you can't say "noob"? Aren't we supposed to be the good 'Scapers here, anyway? I came here to try and find a haven from the teeming masses of people that I am beginning to see here. It wouldn't be a big leap, far from it I'm sure. But do you think that maybe... just maybe, it would help Tip.It be a little bit better? Discuss, please.

1-20: Chickens/cows. 20-40: Men, barbarians, low minotaurs. 40-60: Minotaurs, hill/moss giants 60+: lesser demons, giants Bronze/iron arrows or knives for maximum cost efficiency.

Not really. I brought a normal pure set and I ripped through them while I was remaking my m'speak amulet. 74 attack and strength at the time I last tried.

Throwing axes used to be one of the most useful items in the game, currently they are still pretty good. Plus, they're extremely handy for when you need to enter the Dagannoth Lair. But yeah, they do seem pretty worthless. Maybe there is a monster they work well against? Then we'll have people rushing to buy all the javelins they can get an awesome range training method. XD

Because unfortunately, some mods don't do their jobs. not even pmods are "meant to" go out their way to report bots... they get automatically detected, theres NO point in reporting them, they get banned just as fast if u report them or not. Well, technically... But the KB also states that Moderators are basically normal players with a bit of extra reporting power. Not like Jagex will take away their Mod status if they don't report, though.

[hide=Quote Stack] Oh, I guess it's working then, just because of the occasional neglect they give us. If they restrict it too much people will think Jagex as money-hungry and instead of becoming members they'll leave. Which is why I think if they leave it exactly how it is now, maybe adding a small few updates that add, not subtract (such as Holiday Events), then F2P will probably never fail. But if they start adding more restrictions, then I believe F2P might crash in is money-making goal. Yeah. But I think those small updates should be great and not minor. [/hide] But sadly, I think that F2P getting multiple major updates will never happen. Maybe every other year, something like the Stronghold of Security will occur.

You catch fish a bit faster Barbarian-style, but the slower banking causes Shilo Village to be much easier, and probably a bit more convenient.

Not bad, not bad at all. Good luck on your journey to 99 Firemaking, try not to light those fingers on fire.
