I don't see why they have remove the continuation of fighting after eating. Seems a bit silly to me that you stopped anyway even if there was a delay.

It will be interesting now to see exactly which things have been removed and which have been kept in. Do familiars forraging stuff interupt you again? Do you stop following a person if you eat/change equipped items etc? Do I continue to attack after changing weapons? While I understand there are many scenarios where you shouldnt be able to perform 2 tasks at the same time this update actually fixed loads of minor quirks and make the game a little more smooth. I hope they go back and re-add many of the things back in.

This post relates to cat and dog pets only, not summoned familiars. Ok now that we can rest it kinda seems a bit unfair to make our pets stay stood up all the time. When cats are idle (i.e when you are stood still) they occasionally roll over and stretch and stuff. I feel that when a player has been stood in the same spot for a certain amount of time or when they are resting that the pets should sit down too. Cats - Cats should lie down and sleep like they do in a pet box in a POH. When you move or stop resting they will get up back to normal. Dogs - These should "sit" like when a dog normally sits. It might looks something a little like this.

The above method is only great for exp. For sheer ease and speed there is a cave after the Missing my Mummy quest which is full of Small scarabs. They are only level 41 and are aggressive so if you turn on auto retalite you can just stand in the middle of a bunch of them and just kill them all. Wear good melee defense and you shouldn't need any food. Perhaps enhanced excaliber would be good. They don't drop anything good so there isn't any profit in them but they are incredibly fast to kill so you can collect your slayer points and get your next task really quickly. You get 70 slayer exp per Small scarab killed.

Would a possibly solution to problems with the GE be to make it so that if you sell at min your item always sells (even if it goes into the ether) and if you buy at max you always get it (even if it means creating an item from nothing). Obviously there would be limits to this but it would also remove junk from the game, effectively monetising everything in the game. Something which is worth 100 gp on the GE but is useless to anyone (effectively useful for junk trading only) could be sold on the GE for min and get real cash gp out of it. What are the pros and cons of this? Thousands of people would be able to sell their junk items created as a result of skilling. Most cheap items are already at their price floors so this would make no difference. Clan merchants could never completely buy out an item but could possibly still push up prices of everything. The difference being is that when the leaders try to sell at minimum the minions of the clan would still probably be buying for higher prices so the prices wont crash. Obviously alchable items would never go below the cost of a nature rune. These are all things to ponder.

You arent taking into account the time, effort and money it would cost to collect those extra blue charms.

Godswords at waterfiends are only good for their specs and the ZGS spec is useless in this scanario. Unless you have an SGS use the Zammy spear.

Earth titan?... I presume you mean Moss titan. At current prices, yes they are incredibly cheap to make at 2.63 gp per exp (when you swap) compared to Geyser titans which are 6.29 gp per exp. It's kinda sat how expensive Water talismans are and there really isnt a way for high levels to collect large amounts of them without buying from the GE for silly prices. For every 100 Geyser titans (78,320 exp) I would need to make approx 113 Mossies. This would cost 206,225 gp (when you swap) compared to 492,800 gp for Geysers which is more than hald the cost. However Blue charms are still pretty rare and even if you up the rates to 1000/1130 the price difference is only 2.8m extra by not having to collect 130 more blue charms. When you consider the overall cost of Summoning its a pretty negligable amount. Personally I'd rather do the Geysers and get the exp quicker and with less charms and spend a little bit more money.

Perhaps versions that don't degrade?

I don't think that the slug quest series will merge with the penguin ones. I think that it was just unfortunate that the captain of the sub got sluggified on his head which was why he went rogue. It's also possible that there wont be a direct link with the Red Axe either. They did say they were a splinter group and not with them anymore.

Not so much a summer goal, this is more my goal for this year, but I'm hoping to get to 99 Summoning. I started this year at level 68 and am currently at level 93. I have gained 6,634,188 exp since 1st January. I have 5,795,211 exp left to go until 99 with about 500k exp worth of charms already in the bank.

This leads me to believe that the quest is complete and is simply in the hands of the translation team so that the quest can be released in all languages simultaneously. Larry works at the zoo. This looks like a good hint that its coming soon. Yesterday they tweeted about something strange at the docks. I would guess that the quest will come out at some point today. Expect a Jagex tweet later this morning with a cryptic clue.
