Dragon Arrows may cause a lot of harm to it. But I highly doubt the Dark Bow will considering it requires 90 Slayer and will no doubt be more expensive then a Whip.

 

 

 

Still Dragon Arrows will increase the Ranger's Max Hit to 27, or even 28. Meaning if you have decent hunter and spend sometime collecting them, or are wealthy you will hit constant 23-24's PKing.

 

 

 

This may mess with Pure PKing for a while and may discourage Melee PC pures (Although Increasing Range) since they will need high HP to withstand that kind of damage.

I doubt it, the bow will cost a fortune because of the 90 slayer requirement to get one so people wont risk it in the wilderness. The dragon arrows will also cost a fair bit because they can't be fletched and you need 83 hunter to get them.

^^^Yep. That's pretty much what I was thinking.

Did it mention anything about the requirements for the bow? It may be 60 range, in which case it will be worse than the crystal bow (which has free ammo)

 

So it may not even by as popular?

The bow won't even be used in PK'ing for at least a month id guess.

Hmm, Jagex may give the drak bow a great spec to make it up to rangers for the MSB spec nerf all that time ago.

whips started extremely high cause almost no 1 could get it

 

 

 

theres alil bit more that can, so im guessing 10mil after a week.

I think that the price of the Dark Bow will be extremely expensive at first (like Abby Whips were), then steadily drop in price as more and more people achieve higher Slayer Levels. I don't think it will have much of an effect on Pking at this stage because prices will be too expensive to make much of a profit.

whips had many less people when it first started so were priced higher....i think the bow will be like granite maul...first people think it is good then realise the terrible truth!

If you had seen some of the insane pk vids by God Zodar, i think you would change your mind.. He pks in dragon, 3rd age.. and he told me that the next vid would be in phats. So i think alot of people would pk with it :P
