September 15, 200718 yr I'd support this but don't think it's possible with Java. My new 20" wide screen LCD monitor wants to be in at least 1280x960 resolution not 800x600. Most other MMORPGs have a full screen or windowed mode but they don't use Java as the programming language. You may be stuck with Runescape's current mode.

September 15, 200718 yr It depends on what I am using to play it on, on my laptop I like it how it is since it fits nicely on my screen but as I have a 19 inch computer screen for my computer it becomes a bit of a pain in the but seeing how little everything is but then again it comes in handy because I can do numerous things like msn and still see the majority of the runescape screen.
September 15, 200718 yr There are ways to change it to full screen. I hate how small the rs screen is on my laptop, its like playing classic all over again. If they made it at least a bit bigger, it would be better.

September 16, 200718 yr I like the size it is now. I think that by making it full screen it will distort a lot of the gameplay images. Plus then for free players there won't b any adds.

September 16, 200718 yr I can just change the screen resolution so it fits perfectly onto my screen. I wouldn't want full screen because then i can't look at other tabs or check my email at same time.

September 16, 200718 yr No. if it were full screen, first the quality would be very bad, stretching anything makes it suck. even if they made the entire thing bigger, it wouldent fit everyone screen. second, we couldnt put tip.it on the side and click on it when we need to use it, forums, quest help etc. we couldnt shrink it down to watch youtube vids. we couldnt see any other program one way or another. minimising it would probably be the only way to get it to close as the [X] would either be gone, small, or close to something we dont want to click, and with it in the corner, we hit our mouse up there, click, then its gone. with the task bar on the bottom, always being in front of every other program (ya you can stop that but then you couldnt see it) sp ot would cover up the bottom of the browser. so, no. ^^^Click for My Newgrounds Page!

September 16, 200718 yr I have a nearly 22" widescreen lcd monitor, I play on 800x600. Its great. 8-) *Thsi is basically full screen if you download the rs client.*
