Correct. Mod Accounts are special accounts that can only be operated from the Jagex Building. They can modify their stats as they wish and give themselves any item in the game, and even items that aren't released yet; however, Jagex mods cannot interact with other players other than talking.

You, sir, are a moron. As stated before, a Jagex mod account can do pretty much anything they want to the character. Not to mention I highly doubt that you are either "The Great" or "Bdvo89", which means you are stealing misterxman's pixel artwork. Not good, Killer. :shame:
