I noticed that I get a lot more randoms when playing on a free world then I do when on a member one :-k

no i have not noticed the increase of randoms maybe the reason you think that they have is because how often they come is based off your clicks and well you click alot when you are mining then this may be your reason.

Some days i get heaps. Some i dont.

 

 

 

Since i was alchin in duel arena for ages it seems like heaps of randoms fletchin in edge anyway =p

I would have to agree with you, my gf got about 6 within the hour yesterday.

I just lost my membership and saw that there's not much randoms in f2p. Jagex mods are not very bright, there's a lot more autoers in f2p.

Strangly I seem to be getting less than I used to. Not sure why :-s

For me, it really depends. Some days I'll get 10 random events in a matter of hours, others I won't get one all day. Guess that's why they're called "Random" Events.

I have been getting tons of them lately, but I thought it was just because I was doing a lot of skilling...fishing, farming, mining, all the repetitive tasks...but for the last 2 days I have been doing some slayer tasks and am still getting them ...mostly drunk dwarves, MOM, and Cap'n Hand, but it is quite annoying in combat when a random shows up ....I didn't realize what a problem slayer bots were :-s

usually i get 1 random while doing a slayer task

 

yesterday i had 5 randoms during the task and 1 tele random trying to get my new task :wall: - 6 - all within 1hr -1 and a half hours

I just got the tele-matrix teleing to the Ess mining place :shock: ...nvr knew that existed...I got 20 ess for getting out.

I think so, yes. I think that I have got much more randoms the times I have skilled this year than the last one. But maybe that's just me...

Random events may be random, but the game designers could've changed the randomness of random events.

I got absoluetely heaps yesterday, way more than my friend who was fletching with.. i had over 20 in about 2 hours 30, he had about 2..

Random Events huh? Ever since I went power fishing at barbarian village and noticed that I was getting a lot of random events...I decided to record:

I never got this much when I was a member two years ago and was clicking a lot since I was stringing mage long bows. Oh well, I don't really care about those other randoms, genie and surprise exam ftw \ :thumbsup:

well i know im going to get one if i have camped at black demons or somewhere like that ranging them for over an hour... because i know for a fact everytime i go to tele out to bank i get a random

i got my first mime event in 2 years today. I'm pretty sure they're random, since i also got 3 MOM and 1 genie all in an hour, and then nothing for about another 2 hours. Seems random to me.

I believe I've gotten 7~8 randoms in an hour once....while alching...But somehow randoms tend to go after high levels a lot (Imo), lol.

random events r not random, they may seam like they r, but they rnt. computers cannot be random they can only imitate randomness

Its random based on activity. If you sit there in a bank for 6 hours, the next activity you do will most likely spark a random...IE - Teleporting.

 

 

 

I HIGHLY doubt Jagex installs 50 modifiers to increase a percentile on random events.
